Great location and the staff were very good
The initial room we were allocated had quite a few things wrong with it including the airconditioning not working. The staff relocated us quickly though

The windows and ranch sliders in the apartment we stayed in this time were better than those in the last apartment we stayed in while at this same business.
Location is perfect for access to the centre of Surfers Paradise.
Issue with the main downstairs pool. When we arrived the pool was dirty and smelly and took a couple of days to come right after informing the reception. Towards the end of our stay the spa pool that feeds warm water into the main pool was working in overdrive and was overheating the main swimming pool to the point that the swimming pool was just as hot as the spa pool. Also the pools have changed from Chlorine to Salt Water since my last stay, which I personally don't like. The tile/main pool surrounds need a good clean and some tiles by the spa waterfall had algae growing.
Blackout blinds were good but when they were pulled across they didn't cover the width of the windows or ranch slider (when you pull it across to the right, the left hand side would be exposed).
Deck chairs on the balcony where solid metal frames with a plastic mesh where you would sit. The mesh on both chairs was sagging and drooping as the chairs were well worn and there was a fear we'd fall through them.
Clothes washing machine may need a sanitising rinse cycle as drum smelt musty which was transferred to the clothes (when we first washed a load of washing we had to put it through 3 times to remove the smell) and when fabric softener insert was removed from the centre of the drum, it had the grey slimy remnants of a build up of laundry detergent and clothes fluff that we needed to clean off.
The lobby of the complex exits out into a shared space (with 2 or 3 other businesses). Unfortunately this space didn't seem to be maintained by a body corporate and was not air conditioned while still being in an enclosed space.
No longer offers guest wi-fi (pre 2020 this was a service they offered).

The location was good and bed was comfortable.
The kitchen and bathroom were dated and it was very noisy in the weekend.

Location is amazing, parking is great very easy no hassles and good security.
No intercom. So you have to go down to greet guests, can’t get delivery etc… and the furniture in my apartment had stains on it.

great location, central to everything.
at first a little hard to find the entry. it was small and the lounges not very comfortable. it was quite loud - the windows seamed to allow a lot of noise. small storage hot water meant very short showers.

They charge AUD 200 for insurance and it takes many days to return it

A few days away to attend Anzac Day Service on the Gold Coast. It was lovely and handy to us as my husband is in a wheel chair.

We had to put the rubbish outside..
This is the first place i have stayed where we were required to take the rubbish out before checkout.
No washing powder was there for the washing machine.

I like the convenience of where we were. Very handy to all amenities.
I didn't like all the traffic noise, and all the loud music coming from across the island resort. The blowdryer didn't work.

The place was really good, enjoyed a lot in this property as close to the beach, nice view, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores were close by. We definitely will be back as we love this place and recommend for someone looking for the budget accommodation. It is good for couple or families who would love to cook as full utensils provided. The room was basic cleaned, and functional. Our long weekend became better with this fabulous experience.
This property should provide internet/wifi as there is none during the time we stay there

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Comfy beds.
We chose this holiday accommodation because we needed wifi.
However, we were not given the option of getting free wifi. Highly disappointed!!
See what they offer on the Booking.com page. (copied and pasted)
Do you have free wifi
Please note that wifi is not free, however if you join up our Accor Live Limitless loyalty program upon check-in we can provide you with free wifi for your stay.
The air - con filter needs to be replaced, as it was dirty. The window sills in the inside were dirty and had bird poo in one room.
