Una estadia perfecta. Camilo y Pierana nos recibieron de manera increíble. Familia muy acogedora.
Cocina rica y lindos parajes alrededor.
Pasamos dos noches aquí y volveríamos felices.
Gracias al pensador del tiempo :-)

Clean room.
Heaters barely worked on a cold, rainy night. No glasses, refrigerator, or much of anything except beds in our room. Breakfast was very simple, uninteresting, limited.

The spaces were good
That they charge extra for late arrival, because it wasn’t up to us, we depended on a ferry

Very customer-friendly reception at our very late arrival, delicious and rich breakfast, great assistance in organizing hiking tours, small but cosy cabins
Wifi connection in the main building only. Warm water did not run in the shower, but was fixed quickly and efficiently.

I never usually write reviews, but I would like to specially thank the family: Constanza, Fernanda, Fer and for their hospitality, you were sooo sweet with my girls.. Preparing special food for them and just being so warm and welcoming..
The room super comfortable and the food delicious (breakfast and dinner) !!
Muchos cariños, esperamos volver pronto!

Very nice, large room and well located in nature. Close to Chaitén city and directly on the street when arriving in Caleta Gonzalo by ferry.
All in all, slightly expensive for what is offered. Especially the breakfast is not the standard you would expect for the pricing (e.g. fresh fruits, milk, yoghurt could be added).
A fridge in the room would be nice. Also, a hair dryer.

Warm and embedded in nature.
Breakfast was fine

Excellent place! The owner waited for us until late because we came from Castro with thr pond and the ship was late. Great breakfast and what an amazing cabana. We wish we had stayed longer!

The reception was excellent, the employee was very detailed in her explanations about the facilities and tour possibilities
the bed was a little hard.

A super cute cabin that gives you privacy. The decoration was pretty. Catalina, the host, was super nice and gave us breakfast to go as our ferry was departing early in the morning.
There was no WIFI in the cabin, and the TV wasn't working well. There was a small kitchen but no stove so it was impossible to cook or prepare some coffee.

Breakfast was great, particularly the fresh muffins. I drank mate but the other guys drank coffee and it was good. Shower was excellent and hot. They also provided great advice on nearby hiking trails, and we also had 1 great dinner there - the other nights we ate in Chaiten. They are 4km from downtown Chaiten so not walking distance for most people. We could also walk 500 meters down the hill to a beach where there was a fabulous sunset each night and gorgeous view to the south looking at Corcovado peak.
Internet slow, but they know that and forewarned us. If they can, it would make sense to upgrade it at some point.

Great location. Beautiful walk to private beach. Parque pumalin is amazing. Lovely young-lady who ran the front desk was so sweet and full of helpful information.
The room was rather small, with no door in between the other bad, not great for shared groups. Heat didn’t work the first night so we were cold. The young guy that worked there was rude and off-putting and dismissive. He was not helpful.
