Comfortable and the restaurant had really good food

Centrally located in town, close to Woolworths, service station and Takeaway food shops. Pub downstairs which was cosy and the restaurant had really good Indian Food. I’d go back there for the food the next time I stop in Narrabri. The room was clean and comfortable

Not their fault but a lot of workers staying there and they got up around 4 - 4.30 am so woke us up just with the noise. Otherwise it was fine.

Not hotel people usually

The room was as the photos, better than expected as it has a nice entrance foyer which includes the kitchenette, table and frig. The bed was great. A big shower head, a big ensuite.

The stairs, 75 year old wife, who had a knee replacement & doesn't like Heights. It was a struggle. The shower floor is slippery when wet. No towel rack or hook.

Second time staying at property, disappointing. There wont be a third time!!

Check in was simple and friendly receptionist. Off-street parking. Room was large with separate living area to bedroom. The photos on the website look like a modern clean property.

The room smelt like a mens public bathroom. I used the reverse cycle air conditioning and it also was foul smelling. It was a cold night and the room could not be heated as the AC unit was giving out a disgusting smell. The bathroom vanity cabinet was rotten at the base. The shower leaked. I had stayed at this property previously and thought it was ok however I will not be staying here again. Very disappointed.

charged me their new price, not the price I’d booked for on booking.com also the bowling doesn’t work half the time, so don’t choose it just for that bit of fun.

it had everything we needed. the service was exceptional. the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and settled.

a few little issues, like one of the bedroom doors didn’t close properly and the shower didn’t drain well, but otherwise was very comfortable.

good location

our room looked nothing like the pictures. I don’t know how this place can class itself as a “boutique hotel” - it was a run down old room which has been dressed up above a pub. the shower leaked everywhere. the room was tiny - it was literally nothing like I was expecting and an absolute waste of money considering. there appears to be a new section of the hotel located behind the pub - I suspect this is what’s depicted in all the photographs. my partner and I normally don’t complain but this was an absolute joke. false advertising at its finest.

Hany location, right in town with food on-site dining.

Our ground floor room was an addition to the existing hotel. It was extremely spacious with a separate lounge and a large bathroom.

Wifi wouldn't work in our room.
