Great for room and location!

The room was very large. The staff were lovely. The location was great.

There is a building being built next door and they start at something like 6am so it is pretty noisy. Also there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room which is common in Portugal but very annoying! Breakfast was really mediocre.

Very good

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is great! The hotel is right on the main road which wouldn't be a problem if you could close the double glazed doors and put on air conditioning but there is no air conditioning so expect some road noise. The staff are very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is opposite the grocery shop/ restaurant with the best toasted sandwiches - very convenient.

Shower could be a little warmer.

No frills, value rooms!

Check-in was smooth and easy. Parking at the neighbors was simple and safe. Walking distance to restaurants and the point.

Could have been more electrical plugs in the room. Bathroom garbage can lid was broken.

good view from family room, just down the road from great restaurants, beach access easy and shop across the street is convenient. breakfast was great.

Hotel in a very convenient location, with very affordable room rates and an excellent breakfast. The hotel rooms were clean, good internet, the rooms were spacious and our rooms had a balcony. Next to the hotel shop, several cafes, ocean only 100m from the hotel, to the city center by car 15min. Breakfast included coffee, tea, water, freshly squeezed orange juice, fried, boiled eggs, ham, sausage, a variety of juicy, delicious fruits, and more. Parking next to the hotel

There is no elevator, the bathroom would need a small cosmetic repair, because the paint peels off the ceiling

Our stay wasn’t bad, but wasn’t exciting either. The breakfast was good, I guess.

The walls were too thin and our neighbors were extremely loud. Had to yell at them through the wall at 4 am to shut up so we could sleep at least a bit.

Excellent breakfast, good location and very friendly staff.

Booking website is misleading about included breakfast. Check twice before you book. "Baleal" is now a broad area and "sea view" has nothing to do with "beachfront". We did had a sea view, from a long distance.

the bathroom… the door it’s totally not in the right place, and the shower, I was taking one, literally all the bathroom was like a pool! I hated it!
