Hosts Phil & Karen were very nice & explained about the dining room being out of action etc.

The breakfast was delicious & delivered to our room as the dining room was under renovation. The room was comfortable if a little old fashioned. The beds were quite comfortable.

Our bathroom was across the landing as opposed to en suite, but I found this out prior to arriving, so was acceptable. Although there was parking at the front , it was quite awkward getting on & off the busy road.

Very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Very clean rooms. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The fact that we had to have our breakfast in our room rather than with other guests as there was decorating going on.

Very quiet B&B. Hosts were wonderul & breakfast was lovely, hot & fresh. The room was immaculate each day.

The bath/shower towels could be bigger. And also I'm allergic to feathers so I would have to bring my own pillows & duvet for any future stays.

Lovely hosts, quirky house, tasty breakfast and very comfy bed. Really relaxed and pleasant stay.

Breakfast was lovely, home cooked with plenty of choices as well as quantity . Delivered to the room, excellent service. The room and bed was especially comfortable. Really quirky house and room. The hosts were very welcoming from the first initial meet until the last day. Really really nice couple.

I loved the whole experience, nothing to complain about just a suggestion that it would have been a nice to have access to an outside area especially in the summer months.

A nice few days to explore the area and the owners were friendly and helpful.

A very good breakfast but we would have preferred to eat in a dining room rather than our bedroom. Bed was very comfortable and clean.

It felt rather strange to be eating in our room now that Covid is over.

I would stay again

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I booked this accommodation based on previous reviews, parking and WiFi. It was a home away from home and I would book again. Even though the breakfast room was being worked on, the hosts delivered breakfast to my room as a workaround and were accommodating when I needed breakfast a little earlier.

Comfy bed. Easy of coming in and out without handing in your key. Slept well. Just very nice. Food good. Big bathroom Liked breakfast being brought up to the room and sitting in the room together.

Shower was not very powerful. But we were at the top so I imagine pressure is poor.

Adequate for our 2 night stay. A car is needed as there is not much to do within the area.

Very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from adjacent rooms. Bathroom was a good size and breakfast was cooked perfectly. Off-roading parking always available right by the front door.

The property is a lovely old house with lots of character, but the furniture in our room was rather dated and we felt the chair and chest of drawers really needed replacing. We understand that Covid has been a huge problem for the hospitality industry, but we felt the owners were still using it as an excuse not to clean the room and the breakfast was still served in our room which we felt was no longer necessary. There were no restaurants nearby for an evening meal.

Very good and ideal for what we wanted.

Breakfasts were very good, Location was a little further from the centre of town than we had thought but made for a very pleasant walk along the seafront.

The shower was not quite as good as we would have liked but was more than satisfactory for 5 nights.
