Worst experience in the hotel industry.

Nothing, they dont provide the correct room, the receptionist namely Can is very rude and the worst host. They are scammers for money and leave you stranded without providing you the correct room.

Nice short term stay, wouldn't recommend for longer

Whole 1 bedroom appartment in a nice location in the city Good internet connection 24h/7 registration desk, friendly staff

Very very poorly installed kitchen and electrics, needs renovation, and a bit more care when installing the things, the kitchen is dysfunctional

Good Place

Very good for the value of money. Clean and in a quiet location. Near the Main Street and not far from Terra City Mall. Not far from the sea and walk way.

Cleaners don’t come. When I asked, I was told they only come once a week.

Bad stay I had ever had !!!

Location , Excellent close to everything.

The property is really bad and the furniture is very dirty , pillows ,sofa , chairs and towels. no washer or dryer machines in the apartment , they have spot for it but is empty . problem with electricity , you have to call for someone to fix it if you want to laundry you have to go downstairs and wait cause only one small washer machine no dryer you have to do it outside in the rack . Bad smell in the bathroom when I called them for that they said it’s normal cause they have problems with plumbing . The stuff on the front desk are very rude no Hi or Bye and also they are very very racist , I really regret why I paid all that money for something like that . the photos and description of the apartment are lies just to attract the customers. I won’t recommend this place and I like to place a complaint for that , isn’t right you have changed all that money for something stinky like that!! please see the attachments for what I said . Very good

Location is good, plenty of space for parking. For the price they're offering, there's nothing much you could expect more. It's good for the price. The lady at reception is very friendly and accommodating.

Everything bad in the hotel No Wi-Fi most of the time Electricity shutdown for 8 hours for first day And 2 hours second day Room smell bad If you want blancket or cleaning room you need to buy money extra Air condition bad The bed not comfort Its horrible place to stay It were the most bad place to stay

Nothing at all, only leaving the property

The owner was a moody man who wouldn't pay me my £546 back after only staying 2 nights then having to leave because of a family tragedy back home. This was because I gave a poor review of his premises.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment good WiFi and air conditioning

WiFi was excellent, the air conditioning was excellent. Very few kitchen utensils.
