Very friendly and helpful host. Perfect location- short walk to town center and restaurants, ferry to rock, bus stop, beach. The house was spotless and nicely decorated in a simple coastal style. We had the garden room, which was a decent size and the private bathroom (not en-suite) was quite spacious. We had the Continental breakfast, which was great and the fresh fruit salad was a highlight. Would definitely book again, but would probably choose the Estuary room for the nice view.

Loved the location. Bedroom was cosy and comfortable and bathroom was generous. Delicious breakfast included hot porridge! Immaculately cared for and wonderful host in Karen.
Would have loved a sitting area to read or relax.

Great location within easy walking distance of the town centre. Karen the owner was very friendly and helpful. We booked both the Estuary View and Garden View rooms both of which were clean and comfortable. The Estuary View room has a very small en-suite and the Garden View room has a lovely big private bathroom.
The room rate includes a continental breakfast but a cooked breakfast is available for an additional charge.

The fried breakfast was spectacular (make sure you have the fried bread). The location was also amazing (very short, easy walk to town) and the friendliness of the owners was incredible. They made us so welcome and we will definitely come back soon.
Minor stuff but we didn’t check whether there was wifi (so didn’t use it) and the kettle in the room could do with descaling.

Just returned from a trip to Padstow. What a fantastic time we had. Not only was the weather superb, the guesthouse was perfect. Karen, the landlady, was a lovely lady, very accommodating, very knowledgeable and made us feel like one of the family. Will definitely be making a return visit next year and would recommend the guesthouse for anyone wanting value for money accommodation and fantastic views.
