Piacevole vacanza..delusi per la colazione che abbiamo provveduto a farlo al bar La posta.

La posizione ottima,la camera perfetta

Non mi è piaciuta la colazione,abbiamo preso camera con colazione,ma abbiamo scoperto che la colazione era nel bar accanto alla struttura e si poteva prendere o solo una bevanda e un dolce o salato..tutto molto essenziale....tutto cio lo abbiamo scoperto sul posto..non era precisato nella prenotazione..

The location of Il Cassello was incredible, with a beautiful panoramic view. It was very clean and extremely well kept! Nice & classic style apartment.

Although they were nice, it was difficult to communicate with the host. The phone numbers provided didn’t work and they were a bit slow to respond through messages here on booking. In the summer, it is extremely hot as one can imagine - there was no air conditioning in this apartment & no screens on the windows which was tricky because there a lot of lizards, stag beetles & other critters we didn’t want to invite inside! The only other major complaint was parking. There is no free parking close by even though that was advertised. We had to pay everyday to park which averaged to 12-14 euros a day.

It was a pleasant stay & would come back someday.

It is at the center and from the windows,there’s a magnificent panorama.

There was no Wi-Fi, & no signal from the cellphone. Our upstairs neighbors were so noisy.

Thank you Caterina for a great stay in such a wonderful Tuscan town.

Caterina was most helpful pre-check-in as well as during our three night stay. The restaurant below Al Fierale and 5 Line across the B&B were excellent The breakfast was wonderful and the location excellent for visiting Pienza and the beautiful surrounding Tuscan country side. Highly recommend!

Disappointing

The guest house is located directly in the historic center

apart from disgusting coffee and two pieces of sweet cakes no other breakfasts no ham, no cheese, no fruits or vegetables, yoghurt on request one piece for two, no drinks to breakfast, even no water. arrogant approach of the young owner. we were offered the left in our own pizzeria, we paid the full amount

Nice stay in Pienza

Room was spacious and clean. Fans provided were efficient and quiet. Paid parking near by. Easy access to all parts of town. Nice restaurant downstairs. Pienza is a good base for visiting other towns in the area by car, and only 2.5 hours from Rome.

Daily breakfast was a bit repetitive (cakes, pastries, coffee, juice, yoghurt). Would have been nice to have meat and cheese or eggs. Location is on the main road so can be a bit noisy from cars, trucks, etc.

A charming house in the historic center

The cutest house I've ever visited. Sleeping in a 15th century house that has been carefully restored is truly an experience. The owner has furnished every part of the house with style. The rooms feature paintings by a local artist’s landscape and other remarkable details. There is a great restaurant next door that serves home-made, traditional food.
