The location was spectacular, with wonderful views of the forest. The grounds were lovely for walking. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully set up.
They didn't service the rooms and replenish the shower toiletries.
The steak was undercooked, which was disappointing given the cost of the meal.

Did not have breakfast there.
There was a significant drop in price by around $150 after the confirmed booking, a bit annoyed and disappointed by that.

the bed , the cleanliness , the price, the balcony, and the comfort of the room . Thumbs up!!!!
the man at reception was abit grumpy on our arrival
Next time maybe having different serving spoons for the breakfast buffet dishes just to prevent cross contamination in case anyone has allergies in future

The room was comfortable and the location was lovely. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and well kept. The facilities were excellent and we were able to cook in our room.
We ordered the rib eye in the restaurant but were served a scotch fillet. My husbands smoked steak was raw in places. The prices were astronomical for what it was. Cost us over $250 for two entrees, two mains and a few drinks. No desert. We had a set menu at a winery nearby the next day and was half the price and three times as good. The hummus was amazing though.

The room was excellent and the inclusions to use exceptional and breakfast was great too.

The location of the resort is excellent 5 minutes from Pemberton. The room was large and well equipped with a comfy king size bed. We loved the peace and quiet, and the owner was very accommodating. We will definitely be back.
The shower bath in room 13 isn't very disable friendly.

Room had everything you could think off-coffee machine, small kitchen, DVD player etc...
The lake, Kangaroos and grounds were well maintained.
Bed was very comfortable.
So quiet to sleep at night.
Not a lot to complain about really. They were renovating/extending-so a bit of machinery noise but this stopped at a reasonable hour.

Perfect spot for a mini getaway! All the little touches made our stay so pleasant. The room was gorgeous and waking to sun streaming through the plantation shutters was so lovely
Nothing, everything was excellent.

Thank you so much for wonderful one night stay. We booked our visit very last minute and was very impressed with our stay. We ate in the restaurant and while we had to wait a while for our food, it was really worth the wait. The steak dinner was fabulous. Thanks so much!!
Nothing.

Nice location just out of town. Lovely grounds. We didn't take the opportunity to dine in the restaurant - maybe next time!
We knew the room had a DVD player and my young son brought some DVDs from home to watch during our stay. Unfortunately, the connecting cable between the DVD player and TV was missing. We asked at reception for some assistance. I guess it was a very busy weekend, as no staff came to check the issue. We could still watch the TV, so we made do.

Great location, very clean, and lots of kangaroos around which was fun for my little son.

The room would also have worked well for a longer stay than ours. Kangaroos grazing on the grounds at dawn was a bonus.
A little remote for those days when you don't want to prepare food in your room but the restaurant not putting on dinners.

Room had extra little useful touches like baskets and lounge blankets. Everything needed was there. Spacious rooms with plenty of wardrobe space. And with hangers.

They had us booked in for the wrong night so we had to find alternative accommodation. This meant another 1.5 hour drive.
