The facility, with lage outdoor areas, is beautiful. We did enjoy the clean pool, the gym, the view on the mountains and the comfortable location just a few kilometers from the Khao Yai National Park. The breakfast was very good..
Our room service was not very diligent and kinda slow. They didn't change sheets and did merely the minimum. Other service staff was way more attentive and eager to provide good service. Also, our room was small. Next time we would opt for a bigger one.

The breakfast was delicious and healthy. Is quiet and exclusive. There's no crowd with tourists. However, they provide slippers.
There's no toothbrush and paste provided. There's no extra roll of toilet paper.

Ours is a deluxe room category, but we find it rather small although there is a Balcony facing the mountain.
The concierge and the Buggy Staff were very helpful and patient to our query.
There are bicycles for those who like to ride around the area.
Breakfast is only average. Wifi connectivity is not so responsive.

Very helpful, friendly staff who helped with luggage, nearby attractions and breakfast. Breakfast venue was kept very clean.
Hotel lobby very beautiful n serene. View was good.
Free parking on site.
Pricing was very good.
Hotel restaurant was a bit expensive and food could be better. Service was good though.
Rooms connected via balcony, so families with young kids need take note.

The hotel is well design ans the common area us clean and nice especially, a campfire.
The room is smaller than the photos, the bathroom was not clean enough, found mold at the tile, the toilet lid is almost break out.
The hotel's restuarant is overprice. for an example, you get 330ml hoegaarden beer (bottle) at THB 280++

Cute and cozy hotel with good service from staff
The bedsheets and bathrobes seem old, worn out. The wall is almost too thin.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
- The bathroom wasn't clean and the shower smelled really bad.
- Although seemed trendy from outside the room was decorated with poor abstract style and not functioning very well e.g. the bedside tables were low and had no sockets nearby for charging, no seat or sofa in the room - the only place we could sit was either on the bed or a small hard wooden stool.
- There wasn't a great variety of breakfast selections. The bread was hard even after toasting. Ham and sausage were low quality.
- There wasn't much of a view and no great difference between mountain or garden view, but the mountain view was more expensive.
- The pool was badly maintained and not clean.
- The hotel restaurant offered local northeastern style food only which was really spicy and expensive for what you get. Drinks were weak and overpriced during the happy hours.
- Don't mind paying 4,xxx THB/night, but the price and quality should match.
