Knocking down a neighbouring building from 7am was a bit much! Too loud and the manager didn’t care.

Paid top dollar for a small cabin thinking we were going into the ones advertised

Cabin was fully equipped and comfortable. Small issue with toilet which was fixed immediately by plumber. Overall service was fantastic! Planned electrical works took place during our stay and we where given heaps of notice and assistance if needed.

The advertising didn’t show an external view of the cabin which would have given us a better idea of the size. The main pic was not where we stayed even though there were indoor pics

The deluxe cabin was spacious and clean. Perfect reception on the tv, the split system warmed the cabin up quickly and the shower water temperature was perfect 👌

location
cabins were too small in living area. There was no ambiance about the place.A lot of empty,I’m assuming permanently owned vans cabins which are run down creating abit of an eyesore for the place.

I liked the fence gate giving us access to the walking path outside of the park.
The map directions through the park. Was a bit of a maze. Needs better signage.
Also if your a 2 car family it was too far to park at the front and walk in.(you are only allowed 1 car)

the view and 2 TV's not a lot more
I guess we were a bit thrown on driving through the park & it seemed there was not many cabins etc for tourists but more for permanent owners . The cabin we were allocated was very tired. Whilst it was clean (credit to the cleaners) it was just run down. One big 'bug bear' was that we stayed with a family of 5 & we only had a 2 seater lounge, seemed a shame as the cabin had plenty of space for the 6 seater table & would have easily accommodated a 5-6 seater return lounge.

Running late for check in. Staff left envelope with key on door.

Loved the peace and quiet of surroundings.

Beautiful situation overlookqing the river. Very clean accommodation.
We arrived after hours and spent some time trying to find the key. Eventually we discovered a phone message had been left for us, but a sign on the office saying to look in the letter box would have been very helpful. The map of the campsite was difficult to follow. A few fingerposts on the roads would help. We didn’t meet any staff so hard to give a rating for them.

The view of the river was spectacular
