Aircon was too cold, and was not able to change temperature. Had to go down and discuss with the reception who then switch a switch so we could change it. Winter is coming.

I loved the style of the apartment and the location was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

The warm friendly greeting and offered options for bfast and dinner and taxi to airport next morning. The room clean, spacious, balcony with view, comfortable lounge and bed and v nice bathroom. Plus washing machine and dryer if needed.

Like my coffee so more coffee sugar and milk in room. Maybe sandwich options for meal on arrival. Had to walk to get a meal thru v quiet streets but with receptionist help she looked somewhere that was open for me.

Get rid of the long life milk. We pay enough to get real milk for our stay. We shouldn’t have to walk two blocks at nine pm to get the real thing.

the directions on Google maps took us to the wrong street so we found it difficult to find reception but everything else was just fantastic. The staff were very welcoming & gave us great tips for dinner etc.

Stayed here quite often. Close to town centre - easy walk to cafe for breakfast.

Room 709. Shower hot water pressure was only a dribble. Kitchen hot water was fine - obviously something not right in shower. Also make sure you ask not to be put in a room close to the night club - extremely noisy.
