Absolutely nothing. Disgusting service, appalling and aggressive behaviour. DO NOT GO THERE as its a safety issue.
DO NOT GO THERE-As you will find in other reviews here for this property, the owners are asking for more money when you arrive at the property. what you pay on booking.com is not all you are going to pay. If you do not pay extra which could be whatever they ask they will tell you to cancel your booking and leave there property. As they did with me. This option is not ideal since this property in the middle of no where, 10miles from the train station. After a long train journey that is the last thing one wants to do. In my case, I refused to pay extra, to which the reaction was very hostile. The place is run by a mother and son and to be honest they are both mentally unstable. from the outset the mother was talking to me quite aggressively and in a raised voice. on my refusal to pay extra she told me that then you can not stay in the room you booked and it will have to be another room. To which I agreed, the other room was downstairs and the AC wasnt working in it. At this point the son came to talk to me, when I told him the AC is not working bro, he said its working, when i asked him to put his hand infront of the AC to see that there is no air coming out, He literally threw the remote in my direction and started shouting that he had enough of me and he wants me out of his property. I could not believe how he just flipped like that, at that point I had seen enough and I was happy to pick my bags and leave. As leaving the property the mother was showing me the finger and calling me a poor person since I didnt pay extra, while the son was walking me off the street with a shovel in his hand. In 20 years of travel and having lived in so many countries, I have never experienced such hostility and disgusting behaviour from any host. I have already raised this as a complaint with Booking.com as a guest safety issue to makesure something is done to stop people like this using booking.com and as a result us guests paying the price.

The room is clean and owner n people there are nice. The foods they prepared also ok. They do made up my room daily. The guest provides hot n cold drinking water .
I booked this hotel as it’s stated in their info page that this hostel provides a free airport pick up for those staying 2-3 nights n above. But When I contacted the guest to pick me :- They said NO ! The info in the page not updated! They don’t pick up me at airport !
2. It’s also stated that in the info page :- guests could enjoy Free Breakfast in the guest house But - No! I asked the young owner he told me The info is not updated! So I been misled by the info they posted on their info page.
3. I booked my Borobudur trip via klook - join in your and it said klook provides pick up n drop off at guest house within Jogjakarta! But last minute klook told me they can’t pick up me from this guest cos it’s too far away from city ! So I ended up had to pay more money to take the private tour to Borobudur! This guest house is indeed far from down town, as many gojek biker rejected to send me back to guest house from down town!
I am disappointed with staying in this guest house for they posted faulty information about the staying benefits even though they are nice n persons n clean house!
I want to remind booking. Com , please delete all those fault information of the guest house if they don’t provide such benefits !
