Viajei com uma bebê, cheguei no primeiro quarto com um cheiro forte de mofo, pedi para me trocarem prontamente fui atendido ao chegar no segundo quarto também tinha mas estava mais fraco, levei toda a comida congelada da bebê e perdi tudo, percebi que o frigobar estava descongelado no dia seguinte ao voltar do passeio chamei um funcionário expliquei sobre a comida da bebê ele informou que iria falar com a direção e não tive nenhum retorno . O frigobar simplesmente desliga quando se sai do quarto e tira o cartão. Achei um absurdo perdi toda a comida da criança e não tive nenhum retorno do hotel.

Ótimo hotel, sem Internet.

O hotel é muito bom. Os funcionários são maravilhosos, prestativos, educados e de bom humor. O café da manhã é nota 10. Cama muito boa. Chuveiro excelente. A duchinha é fraca.

Falta de Internet. O sinal é péssimo!! Ficamos 1 semana no hotel, tentando mas nada. Precisamos usar os dados móveis. Isso prejudicou muito. A varanda não é boa, tem a parte do motor do split que solta ar quente direto na varanda.

Very good

Very central location, great breakfast buffet and very friendly staff!

The balcony is very small and rather than sea view you will see more the roofs of other buildings. The elevator is very small.

The hotel itself is fantastic. The breakfast is fabulous. The location is convenient and close to everything. The bedrooms are clean and well maintained. And, to finish the swimming pool is wonderful.

The restaurant served one of my kids, a bowl of soup, the porcelain was broken.

Extremely dissappointing. Thankfully, I had only booked one night

The location was excellent for being able to leave the hotel and explore the surrounding area The Breakfast was good

It felt and looked like a city centre hotel, not a holiday hotel Very cold and unfriendly reception staff at check-in Only one main ceiling light in bedroom (no bedside lights) Balcony was tiny (no room for any furniture), it felt that it was only there so that they could charge more for a room with a balcony The remote control for the lights did not work There was only one guest lift, which was not sufficient for a hotel this size. When I mentioned this to reception, they told me to use the service lift! On the morning when I was there, the swimming pool was closed till midday for cleaning. No notice on the door, no apology, I had to go and ask reception why it was not open. Every time I spoke to someone on reception, no one seemed to genuinely care. They seemed to have no pride in their hotel.
