Excellent venue and rooms
VERY expensive breakfast and VERY limited vegetarian options. Asking for vegetarian soba but the broth tended to be always meat

My kids liked the log pension very much! The villa itself was interesting and they were able to pick tangerines and feed the garden horse in the compound. Sam and his colleagues were extremely helpful and always contactable via WhatsApp. The location is also very good, within a 20 mins drive to Pororo park, Osulloc tea garden, Seogwipo traditional market, and the Hallasan Yeongsil trail. The Jungmun tourist complex is also just nearby.

We like the quiet surroundings, the orange farm - we picked many oranges during our 4-day stay there, and the comfort and homey feel the house provides. Very comfortable bed, the heating was great too and very strong water pressure. The balconies are great places for morning coffee too!
nothing. Some might find the towels provided to be small but they were very good absorbent towels and so worked well. They also provided many towels should they be needed. Oh, and no coffee/tea bags are provided, so good to bring your own or buy from supermarket.

Well labeled info in English for easy understanding on which light switches to turn on. Staff experienced enough to communicate to in basic English
only 1 bathroom for group of 3

Bad cleaning

Sturdy, well-maintained cabins with lots of nice personal touches that made our stay very convenient. Things like trash bags, mosquito coils, plenty of towels, etc, showed that this business knows what it is doing and wants to take care of its guests. Our own personal grill and lots of outdoor seating space.
A bit spartan and it’s couch and table could use an update.

We really liked the atmosphere and the design of the place. It was very beautiful and colourful and very well designed in the nature.
Nothing serious, but staff weren't attentative for our check out. It would've been nicer If we could say goodbye in person :)

Everything was wonderful! Host and the accommodation were all great! You can see lots of Tangerine Trees and a horse :) If you visit on November, I think you can experience picking tangerine up.

The log cabin hotel was a fantastic experience that is right at the gateway of Halla Mountain (Yeongsil, and Eorimok…Donnaeko is more towards Seogwipo).
We arrived and the check in agent greeted us and took us to our cabin. We then asked to switch to a top floor cabin for a better view and she said no problem and even drove us up to check it out. I was amazed at the customer service and think that made the entire experience.
It was clean, phenomenal attractions nearby for nature lovers, and it gave you a rustic, Christmas cabin vibe.

Just 5 min driving from Jungmun Beach.
It's our 3rd stay and we strongly recommend it.

Very well-constructed and equipped log cabins. Green and leafy surroundings. All members of staff that I had interactions were polite, friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Sam who helped solve some rather urgent work-related computer issues.
Nothing really. Perhaps a few more clothes hangers in the cabin would have come in handy.
