A pleasant stay with an <1 year baby
The hotel is at 50m from the beach with free umbrellas and sunbads, in first week from september half of them were empty at any hour. Food was ok, at lunch/dinner you could chose from 3/4 courses. The apartment with 2 bedrooms was big and well equiped.
Is needed a guestbook where you can find any valueable information regarding your stay, for exemple the steps for changing your bedings or towels if you’re not in the room. The breakfast could be more diverse and it would be nice to have a toast.

Too expensive
Basically nothing...
So, starting with the beach: not enough sun beds, no cleaning on the beach, no collection of trash from the bins. No parking spaces. Prepare for daily exercise because is a huge hill to go on the beach. Too tiny the bathroom. Food not wow but not for our taste. Too expensive for what they offer.

A nice hotel that has great potential , but lacks in customer support and service etiquette.
-Big appartment -Free beach umbrellas and sunbeds (but you need to get to the beach at 7 AM to "reserve" one) - Nice location ,next to the beach - Friendly maids that cleaned great -3 AC units which really helps in a two bedroom appartment -Helpful waiters and waitresses at the restaurant
When you have to make the turn for the hotel , you can hardly find it without NAVI in the car . The turn is also a 90 degree turn from the main road . The road to the hotel is in very bad condition , i had a SUV so it wasn't a big problem ,but people with lower cars may have problems . The parking is very very tough . There is a underground parking that is payed 10lv a day but it was full , so you have to park on a inclined street , and there is a curb between the grass and the road that is around 7-10 cm , so people with smaller or lower cars may break some parts. The hotel itself is nice , the rooms are huge , i stayed in a two bedroom appartment and it was nice and clean . Lack of furniture is the first thing we noticed , the TV would stop working from time to time and half of the appartment didn't have WIFI coverage. The bathroom was designed by a genious , you have 10 cm between the shower glass and the sink , and between them is the toillet, so people who are a bit heavier would have problems using the bathroom. We also rented a safe at the reception , turns out the reception closes at 6-7PM , and you have no access to the safe , you need to call a number and wait for someone to arrive. When we asked the next day if the reception would close at the same time the answer by the reception girl was " It depends" and she continued to talk on her phone , which was unprofessional. The meals varied but were mostly bulgarian traditional dishes , some weren't cooked as well as others , some would be made of the remains from previous meals . It's not all-inclusive ,so you cannot expect miracles , but they can try to make the french fries OK atleast . It's not that hard. There are free sunbeds , but you have to be at the beach at 7 AM in the morning to get the last remaining ones ! So if you are late sleeper you would have problems getting a sunbed and umbrella.

Nice hotel near the beach
The location was great, right next to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. Food was really great quality and well cooked; staff were friendly. The sun-loungers and beach umbrellas were free of charge.
My husband is vegetarian and he struggled with food. There were no kitchen utensils such as glasses, cups, plates, etc It would have been nice to have a mop for the bathroom as the floor was rather slippery after shower.

Pleasant hotel close to the beach
We were two families with two children each and booked a four-bedroom apartment. There were two floors with two bedrooms and one bathroom at each level. It was very spacious and the sea view was very nice. At each floor there was a big terrace with chairs and table, we liked staying there in the evenings, listening the waves hitting the shore. The beach was quite close, about 50 m from the hotel and you could find available sunbeds at any time.
The quality of the ingredients used to prepare the food could be enhanced a little bit. One of the beds had a broken part and because of this sleeping on it was unpleasant.

Superb
Big rooms with nice view, they cleaned the rooms everyday. The hotel is very close to the beach. The beach was clean (and private) and had a lifeguard. The manager of the hotel is a great lady, very helpful and also the other person from the reception. The food they served in hotel is good and fresh, do not expect on high-class cuisine tough or tones of dishes, the food is simple but tasty .We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids and we enjoyed our staying at Moreto.
The road that leads to the beach needs to be rebuilt also the concrete stairs that are demolished. The not so nice smell near the beach.. Probably its not hotels fault but municipalities , they should do something on these matters. The ladies who serve the food should smile more :)

Good
The complex is perfect if you need a quiet place to charge your batteries. The apartment is big and clean with a very nice view, it has a mini kitchen so you can prepare a tea if you want, AC in both rooms, comfortable sofa. There is silence and you can go to sleep earlier, they only serve dinner until 8;00 pm. There are no bars near or noisy people. The beach is a 3 minutes walk and you have sun beds and umbrella included on a little private beach. The beach is nice and quite, mostly families and older people.
The hotel is placed in a very abrupt cliff so if you have a small child is not ok, is hard for them to walk without falling. Without small children is not a problem. Also I didn't like they serve breakfast at 8;00 am, not 7;00 like all hotels. If your child wakes up early you have to wait 2 hours to feed him, so we had to buy snacks to have in the room. Also din't liked the waiter of the hall, very bored and serious, it was 7;55 and he invited us outside because it was not 8;00 sharp. But in other times he would open the restaurant earlier for lunch and dinner. In other places we went the main waiter was friendly and made us feel welcomed, smiled all the time and energized the room. Here it was not the case. Also the food is ok but a lot based on rice, potatoes, a lot of carbs, witch my be hard if you are diabetic or on a diet.
