Hotel excelente voltaria.

Gostei da atenção dos funcionários, inclusive a piscina estava interditada naquela data e nos deram um upgrade para apartamento de luxo, com banheira. Muito bom esse procedimento de atender seu cliente em todas as expectativas.

Custo benefício vale a pena!

Hospedamos uma diaria no Dia dos Namorados. O jantar incluido estava muito bom. Cafe da manha bom, quarto limpo, no geral gostamos do hotel.

Decepcionante! ...duvido que volte a ficar lá!

A localização é boa para o que pretendia. Quarto espaçoso. Atendimento no Check-in muito simpático.

Café da Manhã: Muito Fraco!!! ...Piorou Muito em relação a quando era Novotel!!! ...Fraca qualidade, pouca variedade... Formigas nas mesas... e nem sequer é possível ter um Café Expresso! Lençois com manchas amarelas, Banheiro não foi devidamente higienizado, cheiro desagradável nos corredores. Francamente não é um Hotel de 4 Estrelas... talvez nem de 3!

En el check in tuve que esperar 2,5 hs para que me dieran la habitación. El personal no pidió disculpas y no dio alternativas para algún cambio. Se mostro Indiferente. Al dia siguiente y despues de mucha insistencia pude hablar con el gerente gral para que alguna persona del hotel me escuchara y escuchara mi reclamo. De terror...

Boa Localização. Hotel relativamente novo. Boa estrutura.

Só tinha um recepcionista. Era alta temporada, o Hotel estava com demanda elevada, tive que esperar cerca de uma hora para fazer o check-in. Considerei isso péssimo! Outra coisa, o travesseiro que eu dormi estava com cheiro de perfume, isso indica que há uma grava falha na limpeza do quarto do hotel, indicando que as roupas de cama podem não ser trocadas efetivamente!

Apenas um funcionário para check in lento e muito demorado. Cheguei 23 h e aguardei mais de uma hora para check in. Ainda com acomodação diferente da que havia contratado! Gerente nao estava disponível na hora e nem no outro dia

Conforto e serviço de qualidade.

O quarto é extremamente aconchegante. A melhor combinação de sentir-se confortável com privacidade como em casa, com a melhor experiência de ser bem servido como visitante de honra. Equipe extremamente simpática. Faço um elogio especial à esquipe da recepção da noite, que teve empatia e compreensão com um problema adverso que tive logo no check in. Novamente no check out foram atenciosos e permitiram que eu aguardasse a hora do meu voo no bar do hotel, mais confortável que uma sala vip no aeroporto.

Minha única queixa é que não consegui usar o ferro de passar do hotel, parece que os hóspedes tem um tempo de 60 minutos para usar e devolver, mas não foi devolvido ou não tive retorno se foi devolvido. Talvez ter mais ferros de passar à disposição já que o serviço pago da passadeira também não tem disponibilidade imediata. Parece uma queixa boba, mas é um dos serviços listados pelo hotel, e provavelmente é um hotel procurado por outras pessoas em viagens profissionais e não é nada agradável ir à uma reunião profissional com roupas amassadas.

I could not call this an airport hotel.

Friendly staff!

The pool was closed for maintenance on a Sunday morning. The matress was totally worn out. How could one call this an airport hotel? No shuttle available. Nobody helped with the luggage. Even though it is across the freeway from the airport, the taxis have to make a huge detour to get there. You also have to take a long taxi ride through a huge favela to get to a shopping center, which appears to be very close. Everyone was telling us how dangerous the area is.

Good for a quick transfer close to airport

Convenient close to airport but one needs to drop their expectations when travelling around here. Staff super nice!

Nothing surprising, just the usual things like - made to impress but most things are not made for use. Bidet shower flooded the bathroom floor, TV so frustrating it’s better not to touch it. first room smelled so we ask to change. logically, if you use cheap materials for furnishing of a place in a humid tropical country, it’ll absorb the humidity and smell. And no matter how much you pay that’s the way it’s done around here, even in hotels of a popular names.

Convenient location. Rooms designed nicely

Dirty and not well maintained hotel. Starting from the elevator, where lift buttons and disinfectant spray are so dirty, disgusting to even touch it. Curtains in the room are all in holes from cigarettes (supposedly) and just dirty. Towels had stains. Blanket was partially ripped of. The furniture is also really used up. My phone was on charge the whole night and i woke up to 0 battery! When all info and docs for the continuation of the trip were on it (electricity " pressure " was so low). Rooms used to have a good design, but it doesnt look like any work is done to maintain it. Bathroom was mostly clean though. Just everything in the room needs replacement and upgrade. Luckily it was a very short sleepover for us.
