Great space, bigger than we expected.
Good facilities.
Great parking fit two cars.
Warmer than we expected in the cabin in winter.
The staff were a little grumpy.
put on the road with kids constantly outside on scooters.
3.5
great place to stay bonus I could bring my dog

The superior cabin was the nicest cabin we have stayed at!
The pool area could do with a revamp! And the pedal carts were old and rusty!
The toilet paper also… it was the cheap paper thin type! Some thicker paper would really be the cherry on top!

The bed was really comfy, but the coverlet was way to heavy for me. Apart from that the pod was lovely to stay a couple of nights in :-)
how cold Bendigo is LOL i'm from the NT

Staff were lovely as I made an error with the date.
No problem to find me another bed. The pod was gorgeous. Very comfy bed, great water pressure. Quite.

Been staying here for a decade always enjoyed it fun n comfort for whole family ol school laud back friendly vibes left a good review earlier this year even BUT now there seems to be new staff and new agey OTT changes to things wich would be fine and make sense if they ALSO upgraded rest of the place . TV's are so old DVD players aswell hard to use ended up buying a smart tv while there . Would be fine of the staff were still of ol school moral but unfortunately they are not anymore , my kids were constantly bullied and targeted by one glasses woman in particular for every little thing even threatened with physical harm by her , when confronted she denied it with a serious attitude and threatened myself .
When I mentioned this to other park stayers they automatically asked me if it was the glasses lady so obviously she is not a positive addition to the park lane crew and ruining alot of peoples stays with her crappy attitude to say the least .
So much more I could say but unfortunately it seems like this is just one more place going down the new age sh#tter , hard to relax and actually have a good time get moneys worth , vibes all ruined so dissapointed after after the effort I put in for my kids to have a good birthday there as we have had in the past so many times , sad to say we after 10 years and 5 kids will never be returning here to stay and will be making an official complaint regarding glasses woman threatening my 10 year old autistic son and other kids present
Everything. Will be taking further action .
Also the 50s type built in radio next to my head in main room kept going off at midnight and waking everyone and being all spastic and creepy

Great facilities. The kid’s entertainment is phenomenal
4.0
Bed was super comfortable, great heater, very cosy cabin, very useful kitchen amenities, children’s indoor playground was the centrepiece of this whole park!
Really good portable baby cot. Staff were very warm and friendly, service with a smile
Wifi would not enable me to join, most of the tv channels didn’t work, bunk beds more suited to children than adults, a bottle of body wash would be helpful.

Easy to get into city
Our cabin wasvery dusty and a little unclean. Window in the bedroom was broken, it didn't close so it was freezing cold😭
1.5
great facilities, nice and neat
we weren’t informed that there would be a huge crane putting in cabins at 7:15am and then they blocked us in until 10:10 and the reception staff had the nerve to say we should have moved our car while dealing with two young kids and to pack a car while walking past a moving crane
4.5
Great family holiday park
Play centre was the best

Lots of family activities, great room and friendly staff
Maybe more payment options in the future would be good?
3.5
The play centre was great for the kids but not on a Wednesday as it was open to the public and was over run with kids and the smell was disgusting.
My cabin was so old and the couches were putrid absolutely disgusting, I put I sheet over them so we could sit on them. The Curtin's were all stained and dirty.
The pool area was so tired and in major need of a renovation and so very very slippery, also no recycling bins at all quite disappointing.
I stayed in cabin 32 and it was right opposite the dump point, just gross. I won't be back unless they give it a major overhaul.
3.5
quiet
too expensive and the pod was hard to move around very small, it didn’t have a broom and the floor was dirty and gritty
4.0
loose toilet seat and couch was very uncomfortable. can feel all the timber in it. TV was too small for the space.
