It was available and the location is decent.
The contact with the people managing the place was not so easy. So many messages that the important stuff got lost, always having to deal with some people that don't speak English. Confusion regarding the address. They keep on calling, texting, pushing for the checkout.
The place was old, cold, too big, couldn't sleep in the bedsheets because not washed, so many perfumes to cover the lack of real hygiene. The washroom was a pool, evacuation leaking so water everywhere on the floor, when raised to the guy in charge he just laughed. So humid inside this place the towels wouldn't dry.
Paying so much money for that kind of experience, I felt robbed. It's a scam. If you can avoid, don't go there.

Nothing.
Many things. The staffs starting from the owner to Ms. Niharika. All were totally not helpful and rude. They wanted to cancel my stay on the day of my arrival that too past my check-in time. They didn't even inform me about their plan for cancelation even by 6pm on the day of my check-in. It was only when I called them up at about my arrival time at 7pm that they told me. Later they offered to shift me to another low profile location in Saket. After my constant disapproval, they offered that they would shift me back to my original booked place in Green Park the next day. I agreed to it since it was very late at night that too with my family (my infant daughter too). All these conversation happened over the call as Ms. Niharika told that she would send someone at my location (which was near to their apartment) but she kept me waiting for 30 mins in the cold outside.
The next day she shifted me to an old apartment with pathetic conditions of all the rooms at Safdarjung Enclave. When I told them that I had booked for Green Park they said they only have rooms available in Safdarjung and told me that they would not refund my already paid amount for my 3 days stay (the payment was deducted before my arrival).
The owner of Olive Service Apartments in Green Park, Saket etc seems to be the same are looting people. In this act they are also bringing bad names to Booking.com and they aren't doing anything about it.

I have liked the location very much. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. the kitchen was good.
The washroom needs to be renovated. I had issues taking shower. Some more carpets should be used in the place.

The location was good. The area offers good amenities and shops are readily available and easily accessible. The flat itself had an elevator and a kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and communication good. Thanks for the late checkout.

Location was in the heart of the city,got 2 BHK instead of 1 due to nonavailability.Had all basic amenities available in the flat and was quite secure.
Arrangements were made for 2 people and we had booked for four..it has a double bed only and we had to request for the extra mattress which they promptly provided.

This is great space to stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable with easy access to the market. The service was fantastic with cooperative staff. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all. The only thing was the proximity to my meetings. Otherwise the apartment itself was below average.
Upon doing this booking with the pictures that were advertised, I arrived in New Delhi quite early at 3am since that was the only available flight.
The team managed to send someone to welcome me and check me in. I had already done my full payment prior starting my journey and there was no much flexibility to pay on arrival.
To my surprise, I was allocated a different apartment and the standard was below average.
I was asked to fill up paperwork on arrival at 5:00am after flying and not sleeping the whole night. The questionnaire was too long and asked for too many personal information.
No briefing was done on check in that electricity bill is not inclusive in the payment.
The stay was ok despite road noise and occasional power cuts.
I felt committed to stay since I had paid them upfront and could not ask for a refund or move to a better apartment.
The cleaning of the apartment was not done routinely and the time the cleaners came was always unknown. Most of the time I was disturbed by their arrival.
There was even a day they called me while I was out to open the apartment for cleaning while I was away in a meeting. I had to tell them to go away since they had no keys.
The toilets were always stinky and the kitchen was disgusting. I locked the kitchen so that the bad smell does not mess up my stay. I gave up the idea to prepare my own meals owing to a filthy kitchen.
Cleaning staff were polite however their English was marginal.
The property was inside a gated community. One night after coming back from a dinner party, I was locked out. There was no gate man to open me in and was forced to wait on the street for 3 hours till the gate opened.
I requested for a late check out up to 4pm but was denied. I had no choice but to book a proper hotel for my last night in India.
To my big surprise during check out, the team billed me INR 8,190.00 for 9 days of electricity for this property. This is in addition to the INR 26,824.80 that I had already paid for 9 nights.

IF YOU NEED SOMETHING URGENCY FOR YOUR OWN STUFFS IF YOU EVEN SAY TO HIM {CARETAKER} HE WONT RESPOND AS PROPERLY AS OTHERS

THE MEN WILL BE AT YOUR DOOR EARLY MORNING FOR COLLECTING MONEY IF YOU DELAYED HE WILL AT DOORSTEP OR DOWNSTAIRS ONLY
UNTIL UNLESS YOU PAY HIM OFF
THE SAME EFFORT WILL NOT BE VISIBLE WHEN WE GIVE HIM A SOME TASK TO COMPLETE IN ROOMS SO SICK AND POOR
HE WONT EVEN INFORM YOU ANYTHING IN PRIOR ALL THE TIME HE COMES AND OPENS UP THE DOOR WITH HIS OWN SPARE KEYS ENTER TO ROOM DISTURB LIKE HELL (THODI THO SHARM HOTHA HAAI )
STAY IS VERY COSTLY EVEN THOUGH VERY GOOD ENOUGH BUT NEED TO CHANGE THE GUY WHO WORKS AS {CARETAKER}
HE HIMSELF THINKS IM THE BEST EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
