Stay here in Lombok!!!

We stayed for a week at Kies Villas and our experience was incredible. The room we booked was amazing, with a great bathroom. The pool area is perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The staff were super friendly & helpful. They helped sort out all of our requests and never hesitated to ask us if we needed anything. They even took coconuts down from the tree next to the pool and offered them to us for free!! When visiting Lombok this place is outstanding value for the price, a must visit! We will be back again, thank you to the staff!

A great spot for relaxing after surfing

Very relaxing stay! So peaceful considering how close it is to the main road in Kuta. Staff were lovely and very helpful, getting scooters/airport transfers was very easy. Felt very safe and would recommend.

The only thing that I would have changed is that I really would have liked a full length mirror in the room.

Kies Villas is an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Lombok. The beautiful bungalows, comfortable bedding, and amenities like air conditioning, free WiFi, and rainforest showers make for a luxurious stay. However, what sets Kies Villas apart is their super friendly staff, who make guests feel at home with their warm and welcoming nature.

Amazing stay in a wonderful location

What an amazing property! Not only was the room super comfortable, the staff is what made the experience for us such a good one. We loved the staff and they also set us up with tours and a bike during our stay. Breakfast was very nice and they had water for the guests which was amazing too. Location was a short walk from the Main Street in downtown

Very traditional hut with super attentive staff, perfect stay in Kuta

The location is superb, just 1 min away from the central Kuta street with many options to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks at night. Close by to money exchange few spa places, supermarket, you name it. The hut is very traditional and instagramable. The staff is always available and happy to help.

The water pressure was low throughout our stay and there was almost no water on our last day. Bathroom and bedroom are located on different levels, that's may be important to consider for some travellers.

Okay, but not good value.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was big and the bed comfortable. Pool OK. But it was all a bit disorganised and sometimes you couldn't find anyone to talk to. I think this place has had new management since it's previous very high ratings.

No fridge in the deluxe room. Everything felt like it had decayed and not been repaired. Door locks were really hard to open. Pictures on booking.com does not represent what the place currently looks like. Bar was weirdly empty of anything.

Amazing location

This place is amazing. Located in a quite street, but still very close to the restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and helps with everything needed. Great pool. It is really a small paradise.

Superb

The staff were really nice and the swimming pool was beautiful. It was quite and relaxing and we had the pool to ourself most of the time. Good location only a short 10 minute walk to the center.

The rooms were not that clean. No fridge in the deluxe rooms.

Wow just wow...

Our first view of our bungalow had the wow factor. We loved it. We had everything we needed; fridge, kettle, TV, lounge room. Very spacious. The upstairs bedroom was beautiful! Large and spacious with dressing table, large mirror, air con and mosquito nets around the bed. Doors upstairs opened out to a little patio with wicker chairs and table overlooking the pool. Breakfast was great, lots of choice from pancakes to bacon and cheese croissant, juices, coffee and tea. Staff were so friendly. Nothing too much trouble. The room was cleaned each morning while we had breakfast so not to inconvenience us.

Property was good. The pool was broken which was a bummer but other than that it was good!

The sheets on the bed were dirty still... and the location is a little further away from the main area than I thought
