Ottima colazione.

Beautiful and clean spaces.
Lobby are was too hot at night. It needs more fans.

This was my 5th visit at this hotel, the first being in 2002, when the resort had just opened, and my last one 10 years ago.
The rooms are now renovated, as well as the bathrooms, which were updated to the current standards.
The entire area has developed quite a bit, there are now shops nearby and places where you can spend time. When I was there last, there was nothing around the hotel. Now it's a small village with inner roads and dozens of small shops and small hotels.
The port is now 5 minutes away just east of the resort, so it is easy to leave and arrive for/from excursions.
The best restaurant in the resort is still the Gheisha (japanese).
The kids loved the stay and can't wait to get back :)
The entertainment is not what is used to be when I was there last. Back then, the theatre was full each night, no matter what the show was, and the entertainment team was brilliant. This time, the theatre was empty each night, most of the shows were cancelled because of poor attendance. Back in the day, the entertainment team were always on the beach during the day, advertising the shows. There was no advertising this time. The disco was also empty and closed half the nights. The entertainment area however seems to have moved between the bar and the reception area, with some sort of disco show almost every other night. The atmosphere was nice.
We were there during Easter, there was nothing special organised for Easter, not even some coloured eggs.
The beach lighthouse bar was damaged by a hurricane in October 2022 - it is now under reconstruction.
There are no more flamingoes in the garden, but there are a lot of other small birds.
There were a few beautiful large trees with big red flowers on the property - they now seem to be dead for some reason. It is a pity - they were superb.
The open buffets at the main restaurants are lighter than they used to be. There is no more freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning, for some reason, but there is still a selection of fresh juice. There is no more coconut available.
The fish selection is significantly poorer than before.
Almost all the sun beds and umbrellas are reserved as early as 6 in the morning. Although the „no sun bed reservation” policy is advertised, it is not enforced by the staff. I saw sun beds with beach towels on them in the front row at midnight, reserved for the next day. This is annoying, as you have to get up at 6 in the morning to go to the beach and reserve your sun beds.
We didn't get a „Welcome back” sign on the door, although it was our 5th visit :)
The second day we arrived, when we tried to make reservations, all the restaurants were almost fully booked for the next 7 days.

the resort is just lovely and very clean. good and drinks where great. our stay was very enjoyable, but it can get boring after a few days, because there is nothing really around.
you can’t have long walks along the beach, and there is nothing around outside of the resort.

Beautiful garden, beach and pools. Very helpful staff, good buffet restaurant and excellent Mexican, Japanese and French restaurants. Snack bar on the beach. All inclusive offer at a good level. I recommend it to everyone. Only one complaint and that is the too soft beds.

the hotel is beautiful (actually even better in real life than in the pictures) and not too big (compared to other all inclusive hotels). the cocktails are delicious and the buffet was great !! it is very well maintained and looked after, finally a hotel where you can still find spots on the beach/pool at any time of the day ! we loved our stay !!
maybe a bit more of entertainment would be nice

Wonderful setting great facilities clean with staff friendly and welcoming.
Superb stay
Steak house a la carte restaurant was soul less
And lacked any atmosphere
Service was a little robotic
A hotel guide in the room would have been helpful

Clean beach and pool, walking grounds, Breakfast Buffett
All rooms had spacious balconies, the concierge that helped us to get rooms on the ground floor in the same block. Very stroller accesible, even the beach and great entrance to pool for toddlers
Children toys and clothes were taken from 3 different rooms. Of course, they were not at the Lost and Found office.
The drilling, hammering and hollering from the renovation of Block 7
Kids club (4-7)where the animators just sat around with their phones chatting and not interacting at all with the kids.
4.3
The faculty were very nice and accommodating
The restaurant did not have any accommodations meanwhile they were empty and those that had reservations never showed up they should have a cancellation policy or have a waiting list and then get called when someone cancels need to work on this
