Good hotel so far ..

This is the second time i book this hotel .. it good normal service and have warm open pool out side In general it good hotel .. nothing special to say هذي ثاني مره اسكن بالفندق ، خدمة جيده نوعا ما ويوحد حمام سباحة دافئ بالخارج مكشوف تجربة جريئة ومختلفة انك تستحم بدرجة حرارة تحت الصفر بمسبح مكشوف ولكن الماء دافئ لا يوجد شيء مميز آخر هو فندق جيد

I booked Executive Suite but the room was smaller than previous trip, i ask reception to change my room to the other one that i booked before and they keep run away from this request unfortunately .. the hotel was not full because of end of season maybe empty 90% or maybe more After i push them they said the room busy sorry I'm not saying that they are lying.. but my room was not up to the required standard and it was an unsuccessful experience There is no Shattaf in Bathroom, because of that I booked Executive Suite ..this is the only room have Shattaf in the small bathroom that located in living room حجزت جناح تنفيذي ولكن الغرفه اللي اعطوني اياها صغيره مقارنة بالرحلة الاولى واسوء .. طلبت من الاستقبال تبديل الغرفة ولكن كانوا يتهربون من ذلك الطلب .. على العلم كان الفندق فاضي بنسبة ٩٠٪؜ اذا ماكان اكثر وكان باقي يوم واحد فقط وتقفل المنطقه بسبب انتهاء الموسم البارد … نهاية شهر ٣ لا اقصد انهم يكذبون ولكن التجربة لم تكن موفقه بالغرفه التي اعطوني اياها .. عدم وجود شطاف في الحمام "الا اذا حجزت جناح تنفيذي" لانه فيه حمامين وواحد منهم فيه شطاف فقط .. اما الغرف الثانية العادي مافيها شطاف … اذا يهمك الشطاف راح تضطر تحجز حناح تنفيذي

مجبور اكرر زيارتي لنفس الفندق .. جيد إلى حد ما

غالبا لا يوجد خيارات للاقامة كثيره في شاهداغ .. فأنا دائما اسكن في هذا الفندق .. فندق جيد الى حد ما وانطباعك الجيد يعتمد على وقت ذهابك له اذا كان ضغط او طبيعي فتجربتك راح تختلف حسب وقت زيارتك للفندق :) ، (ويك اند) يعني ممكن جدا انك تواجه بعض الامور اللي ماتعجبك في الخدمة والاقامة

- لا يوجد شطاف إلا في غرف الجناح التنفيذي بالحمام أعزكم الله. - ماكان في تعاون بخصوص وقت الشيك اوت (وقت الخروج) يمكن لأن هالوقت كان فيه شوية ضغط حجوزات .. مادري - غرف الجناح التنفيذي عندهم غير متطابقه يعني بعضها أكبر من الثاني مسألة حظ او تقسيمتها الداخلية بعضها أفضل من الآخر بكثير.. ودائما يكون صعب الحصول على الغرف الكبيره حسب تجربتي ،، لي درجة اني حفظت ارقام الأجنحة الواسعه من كثر ما واجهتني نفس المشكلة (ماراح أقولكم ارقام الغرف عشان لا تاخذونها مني بعدين هههه

Aesthetically beautiful but staff can be more courteous and facilities can be improved

The property is really amazing with big rooms. The facilities are also great-pool, jacuzzi etc.

The staff was a bit rude especially one gentleman on the front desk Mr.Ali Akbar. He was not clear if the restaurant had wine or not. When I inquired about the spa location, he said I have already told you. The spa also had only one masseuse which is surprising for a big hotel.

Can be much better if you can have asian cusine as lot of indian, arabic,chinese guests come

Outdoor activities

Room service, room toiletries missing, air conditioning not breathable, no food menu in room and not provided even after calling 2 times, room doesnt have universal adapter to charge laptop or mobiles. Most important lot of people use jet spray and it was not available in toilet.

They made us feel on top of the world

Everything was just exceptional. We have travelled the whole world almost but this was truly once in a life time experience. Speical mention to the staff for upgrade when they came to know we will be celebrating our 10th wedding aniversary .

Nice hotel in the mountains but let down by untrained staff, lack of alcohol selection and pricey.

Nice hotel and rooms were great size with lovely bathrooms. Great access fo the slopes and some nice easy skiing.

Sadly the service in the hotel was not great and has a lot of staff not knowing what to do (ie: untrained)…although they were friendly enough and did try to help. Breakfast was chaotic often not getting a coffee and tables not cleared. Many items on menu not available at the Sports Bar…especially drinks! Room cleaning often late.

Enjoyable and Comfortable stay at the Pik Palace Shahdag.

rooms are large and comfortable, view of the mountains is impeccable. Bathrooms were excellent too. Entertainment options at the Hotel and the Restaurants around, including the Snow activities were fantastic.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, service in the breakfast hall was also poor as the staff could not understand English. Food quality was sub standard.

Review of Pik palace shahdag

The location is fabulous. The property is in the middle of the snowy mountains. Active skiing happening all around. The property is well maintained and blessed with very courteous and friendly staff. I visited with my family and had a great time. Breakfast is not just an event but an experience with a diverse spread of options with local and European cuisine where the dining staff are always prepared to make your dining experience a memorable one with the landscape of snowy mountains around the dining space. Special appreciation to the chef Mr.Vincent Francis for his careful observation of guests and including in the menu the cuisine of their country in the days menu. We were also organised a breakfast in Pik chalet because we loved the ambience with surrounding snowy mountains. Thanks Vincent for that. Special mention to the house keeping staff who are always ready to help. Our recognition to the lady Ms.Maral who is very helpful and to make our stay comfortable.

Layout of the bathroom, no lockable toilets, no hair dryer, small balcony. However these things are minor but overall it was a great experience
