Good location, close to Nacpan beach, and best sunset location
the bay in front if not good for snorkeling, go to Nacpan or Duli.
The staff was very inconsistent. Most were very helpful and friendly. One was not helpful at all.

The rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioner, water pressure work really good. It has the necessities for the guests. Walking distance to Nacpan Beach. Staff was accomodating & courteous.

LOVED our room, can’t emphasize enough how unique and awesome our room was (Hibiscus room 1). I almost regretted scuba diving during the day because I could’ve happily sat in the room all morning each day watching the birds out the giant picture windows into the mangrove forest behind us. Like, 20 foot ceilings and huge picture windows on both sides of room. Bizarre but amazing.
No food available onsite, or coffee etc, due to ongoing renovations. Would be great to offer at least coffee in reception area in the morning.

The rooms were huge and beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The nearby restaurant Beach Banquet Bar's Restaurant was very good for dinner, lunch or breakfast.
The location is a bit far from El Nido islands area in case you want to visit the small or big lagoon, go snorkeling, etc., but the hotel can arrange this for you, but the sailing trip takes a bit longer compared to staying nearer to El Nido.

I arrived sick at the facility so I didn’t really enjoy the surroundings. I was able to enjoy the beautiful “private “ beach on my first day but next day I couldn’t leave my bed and I was full of bites. The sandflies & others bugs didn’t spare me!
The property was nice, it felt like arriving at Disneyland! The rooms were colorful, the buildings were castles and it was surrounded by plants and flowers!
The rooms were clean & quite, friendly staffs but not always easy to understand each other! It’s quite far from everything, but there are beach restaurants at walking distance.
If you order food from the kitchen, it takes ages to get it!
It was difficult to communicate with the staffs

Half the resort or more is a building site

Accueil correct

The room is beautiful and spacious, the property and garden are wide, and they have their own beach. They also serve food. The staff service is excellent and very accommodating. I will definitely come back here soon with my friends and family.

Dear Management Team,
We had a wonderful experience at your resort. The staff were accommodating and friendly, and our room exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout and tasteful decor. The well-maintained garden added to the overall ambiance. We look forward to the opening of your restaurant. Highly recommended!
We look forward to trying your restaurant when it opens, as we are thoroughly satisfied with our experience. We highly recommend your resort and hope to return soon for a Romantic Dinner Date. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 👍

We wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during our recent stay at your resort. From start to finish, our time with you was truly exceptional.
First and foremost, we were delighted by the accommodating nature of your staff. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were particularly impressed by their professionalism and willingness to ensure that our needs were met.
Our room exceeded our expectations in every way. The spacious layout and tasteful handmade decor contributed to a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We found the attention to detail in the room design to be truly commendable.
The well-maintained garden added a beautiful touch to the overall ambiance of the resort. It was clear to us that a great deal of care and effort goes into maintaining such a lovely outdoor space.
While we were unable to experience the restaurant during our stay, we are eagerly looking forward to returning when it opens, based on the high standard of service we have already encountered.
In conclusion, we are thoroughly satisfied with our experience at your resort and would highly recommend it to others seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat. We hope to have the pleasure of returning in the near future.
Thank you once again for providing such a wonderful and memorable experience.
Oh before they are also offering Romantic Dinner Date which is Good 👍

Not much. Did enjoy nearby Nacpan Beach.
No Wi-Fi, no cable, frequent brownouts, ants in room and bed. Girlfriend stung by a centipede while in bed, water will leak under the door went storming, road leading to the resort is very muddy,

A very quiet place to relax and rejuvenate… big rooms…
No in house restaurant… but there are a couple of good restaurants in the area…

Beautiful design and fun aesthetic. Stunning gardens and beach front.
- Generous room size, big comfy bed with nice quality linens and own bathroom.
-The back up generator is not used enough when the power goes out, the building materials mean the
rooms get very hot during the night and they kept the power off, so no A/C available. Power outages are consistent in the area and other hotels have back up generators to make sure their guests have a comfortable sleep. Can’t open the windows either as there aren’t any fly screens.
-No restaurant in the resort and the one nearby was closed. This means there is no food available, no coffee or tea offered by staff. you have to walk to the beach/main beach for every meal.
- water from the shower smelt like petrol.
- unable to book transfer to Puerto at the resort, need to visit Sunmai to book and get picked up.
- The only hotel/resort/hostel I have been charged for water in the whole of Palawan, everywhere else has service water, they only have bottles water. which they offer you when you arrive, then add to your bill.

My family felt very welcomed and special. They gave their personal best to take care of their guest including sharing their dogs. Love Panda, Mocha, Fifi and Luna. Love how they work with their guest for an extraordinary stya. Love the curtains and a homey feeling than just another hotel room. Shoutout to Manilyn, Mylene, Francois, Emil and rest of the hardworking crews. Love the island tours with Junjun, Captain Jack and two others. Again they personalized our experience. We loved going to the San Isidro town fiesta. Easy to walk nearby sari-sari store. Easy to talk to the staff especially when you need a transport van. It is an experience worth repeating.

The structure is decidedly kitsch, but it's an amusing, involuntary kitsch. The resort is still partially under construction, so we'll come back when it's finished because we loved it anyway.
Beyond the resort, the Nacpan area is wonderful: beautiful beaches, few people, delightful atmosphere!
They still have some small improvements to make, such as: there is no light on the bedside tables, but the structure is not yet finished, so we are sure that in a short time they will be able to provide a complete service

the room is nice, quiet, big and clean. Breakfast on time, you really only need to order in advance to line up your order in the kitchen.
What I don't understand from the others who commented here is that the breakfast is said to be 1 hr late ..what? very late, just a minute late or 3 minutes 1 hour immediately oh comon guys . The kitchen staff said that their food is not ready to cook food, they serve fresh food, it's inevitable that we'll be late sometimes, but we understand.
Othe guest need to be oven minded ,just focus on a positive side, not a negative side.
the problem is because others are just a little bit wrong or can't give in to what they want .. immediately say Bad or dissappointed, these kinds of guests are very narrow minded
To my fellow tourists, my only advice is to be safe and enjoy your vacation, focus only on what is beautiful and not what you are looking for is wrong.
I've been to several countries and I enjoy them all because I don't look at the wrong or the negative side. Always positive to enjoy the vacation.

the location is amazing, right on the beach. it is lovely and quiet.
they are clearly still building this resort with lots of construction. in my option this should be clearly stated on the website and prices should be lower as a result. the breakfast would take almost an hour to come, which is far too long to cook some eggs. after reading the reviews on here about there being no restaurant we did not attempt to eat any other meal at the hotel, but there are some amazing restaurants that are part of other hotels just down the beach- you can walk or a short drive. there is an upper and lower room, we had a lovely view from the upper room and the room was nice and big and clean… until our third day when many ants appeared (after the only clean during our stay). the ants were in the bed and in our luggage. I appreciate that if you are in the lower room there will be no view as it is too low down and a lot more bugs as the room is literally inside the mangroves. we tried to book a tour but staff were not helpful so we went to a hotel along the beach and booked through them instead. we were not charged any additional fees as some people seem to be, but the list of charges stuck to the wall isn’t exactly welcoming.

friendly staff. cute dogs at the property.
Buildings are currently in a half state of construction. So your “sea view” ultimately becomes construction rubble.
The time and resources spent on the bizarre decor could and SHOULD have been used on doing up the room instead. I agree with the comparison to a Mad Hatter’s castle on a very tight budget.
The room price is unfairly steep, and they get away with it because there isn’t any second option nearby. I would really recommend Nacpan Beach Resort or even the Nacpan Glamping a 1000x more, lived there before MG Chateau for almost the same price but a truly wonderful resort experience!

The beach side location
Under construction. Windows too high to see out of so zero view.. Bathroom windows that the construction workers can see straight through. List of fines from menstural stains to stealing the door! (You have to pay a PHP 2.000 upon arrival) No fridge. No bedside light. Garish decor. Theme park appearance (the owner said he was putting in a zipline this year) Breakfast is available, which was OK but there's no restaurant so you order st reception and eat it inside your caged room with no view or on the beach with a fabulous view but not ideal. Outside the hotel's control were the uniquitous noise of roosters and dogs and beware of the really painful sandflies who will bite and bite and bite.

unreal location with direct access to the beach and breakfast on the beach.
interior is slightly off putting, service can be slow/difficult. lots of work going on around us. overpriced extras.

Breakfast was fine...just fine. Staff are VERY friendly, responsive to any needs. They make the place work.
I would rate this place 5 stars out if 5 if I did not care about WiFi. However, like many visitors especially those working remotely, WiFi is essential. The WiFi is virtually not existent (90% not working and when it is, it is intermittent and VERY weak. It is effectively absent.

Nightmare stay at this hotel. The rooms were large but infested with ants. The beach is lovely.
There is no restaurant and the food is typically late - and not as per your order. The manager is a nightmare. I asked to meet at Reception to explain the issues and she refused. I mean who does that? Totally unprofessional. They fined us for smoking in the rooms, which was completely made up. They keep your passport so you pay. I've never known a hotel to keep my passport - now I know why they do that.
