Lovely central Den Haag stay

The location was great, very convenient right in the middle of the Hague, close to all of the nice bars, restaurants and shops. The bath in the room was amazing. The layout with a separate toilet was nice.

The only downside I could find is that the pillows were a bit too big for me- if you normally sleep with a more flat pillow maybe ask reception about this, I only stayed one night so it wasn't a big issue.

Super nettes Personal, immer zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Zentrum und nah am öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Immer wieder gerne.

Zentrales Apartmenthotel

Sehr Zentrale Lage. Altstadt, Passage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah. Die wesentlichen Dinge im Apartment sind vorhanden. 2 Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und sogar eine Spülmaschine. Es macht jedoch keinen Sinn eine Spülmaschine für zwei Personen zu befüllen, wenn es nur vier Gedecke gibt... . Weitgehend modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, (abgesehen von dem Hundebild).

Matratzen der Betten waren sehr hart. Schlechte Beleuchtung zum Lesen am Bett. Keine Ablage für Gespültes. Lange Wege vom Eingang ins Hotelzimmer. Im Windfang vor dem Aufzug sehr schwül. Zimmerservice hat in einer Woche einmal Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt und Handtücher ausgetauscht und Müll entsorgt, jedoch keine Zimmerreinigung innerhalb unserer gebuchten Woche. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit des Hotels vorhanden, so dass wir in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus unser Auto abgestellt haben.

Good location and amenities but cleanliness could be improved

good location in the centre of the Hague, room size above standard for this type of accomodation, modern decorations, wide variety of equipment available in the room.

Only a single person at the reception desk - with a large group of potential guests asking all sorts of questions for 30 minutes... Shower gel not topped up - empty bottle in the shower. Sink did not drain. Mould in the shower. Brown stains on the wall next to the toilet paper holder (and it was not a chocolate....) Broken dishwasher door.

Beautiful stay in the centre of Den Haag

The main benefit was obviously location - in the middle of shops, restaurants and close to train station (10min walk). Despite the crowd outside, it was quietly inside*. The room itself was spacious, clean and well-equipped**. What we liked was that in the room we had both - bath and shower cabin. The shared part was amazing. We reminded it with a cozy café where you can rest/relax, play some board games, read a book and drink a coffee/tea - all was available there. The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly, what we appreciated a lot! When I accidentally left my hoodie in the lobby, the next day it was waiting for me at the reception. We also had a possibility to store luggage in the hotel after check-out for free! We will come back for sure!!!

*there were some planned (sometimes causing noise) renovation works done in the building next to the hotel and we were informed about it at the reception during check-in. We’d find it more professional to let us know about it some days before through the chat. **I’d recommend to wash the dishes before using them Besides, the duvet was quite heavy😂

I enjoyed my stay very much, Carlos and everyone at reception made it feel really comfortable.

The location is perfect for someone who wants to be close to the train station while also being central to some place like the Grote markt for shopping.

Not much to complain about really, maybe the fact that the fire alarm went off a couple of times at night. But not the hotels fault...

Home away from home

Home away from home. Fijne studios van alle gemakken voorzien. Koelkast met een vriesvak, vaatwasser en een chromecast. Ook erg fijn dat honden welkom zijn. Je krijgt hiervoor ook een speciale deurhanger voor mee zodat personeel weet dat er een hond in de kamer kan zijn. Meteen in het centrum, alle winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Er zijn bouwwerkzaamheden. Dit is uiteraard alleen doordeweeks maar het wekte ons wel om 07.00 op een maandagochtend.

Modern facility in perfect location

Perfect location in The Hague as far as I'm concerned. Convenient for everything, all amenities nearby, and yet very quiet building. Nice building with modern facilities, including free laundry (a big plus for long-stay guests). Excellent common area.

The room layout is inefficient and something I had to work around. The kitchen has so little practical space, it was not only laughable but it changed what I did--choosing to go with microwavable meals rather than trying to cook using the stove. Negligible pantry space, too. If only some of the massive bathroom (which includes both a bathtub and a shower stall) could have been given over to the kitchen or to have a larger dining room table than the small round one that's there. Also, the lighting isn't great for reading.

Great little gem in Den Haag

We got in extremely late at night due to an issue with Amsterdam trains, but the reception staff were very helpful, getting us setup and even allowing us to sleep before having to worry about settling the bill (preconfirmed on booking.com). The apartment itself was lovely, a quirky little curved shape with a good amount of space and amenities. The galley kitchen was very handy for saving a bit of money and cooking at home. Great location too, basically in the centre of Den Haag with easy access to trams/trains/busses if you need and a supermarket right across the road

Beautiful hotel with superb staff in the heart of Den Haag

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite COVE hotel in Den Haag, Netherlands, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience for both me and my fiancé. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel incredibly welcome. The first thing that caught our attention were the beautifully designed rooms. Every detail was carefully thought out, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings made it a joy to come back to after a day of exploring the city. From our personal experience, we'd recommend staying on one of the lower floors, as the ventilation is most silent there. Speaking of exploration, the location of COVE hotel couldn't have been more perfect. Situated in the heart of Den Haag, it was incredibly convenient and easy to reach all the major attractions on foot. We loved being able to stroll through the charming streets and immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture of the city. But what truly made our stay memorable was the overall experience. The hotel exudes a sense of warmth and hospitality that is truly remarkable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, providing excellent service. In conclusion, our stay at COVE hotel in Den Haag was simply fantastic. From the friendly staff to the beautifully designed rooms, and the central location, everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return in the future!

Perfect central position,nice view from room, interesting stylish appearance hotel from outside but also inside- rooms (first time I saw kitchen in classic hotel rooms,spacious quit room) and entrance hall (can take free hit drinks,read the book,work,ect.), modern cosy equipment, everything close (walking distance) from shops (supermarkets),to museums and train stations,good central heating and some blankets, cleaning 1 time per 4 days was completely enough (nobody in private apartment change the towels and stuff every day).

Pay additional fee to city taxes is not included in price of stay.
