Bof
Les saletés sur le mur, pas de brosse à dent et la télé n’a pas fonctionné pendant plus d’une heure

it has time limitation for airport shuttle service. It is extremely difficult to take a walk for airport to hotel, since goole does not give the correct gps trail to follow. Besides, it is 9 euro for shuttle service for round trip, and there is no discount for one way shuttle. It is normally hard to have both arriving and departing time in hotel's shuttle service time schedule.

I loved the pool and gym and the bar area was good for wifi. The room was lovely with a proper coffee machine and selection of pods, including decaf. There was a lift and that is not always the case in Paris, so I loved the ease of getting to my room.
The shuttle bus went without me and the driver didn't look or check who was coming. There was always a long wait at the airport for the shuttle too and the worry that there might not be room as there were only 8 seats and it ferries people to the next-door hotel as well.
There was no wifi connection in the rooms themselves which was inconvenient but maybe good not to sleep in an electromagnetic smog for a few days.
The last concern was that there was one guest who seemed to be bullying his partner and then someone else trying to use the lift, without a room card, so I asked reception to make sure that the hotel was not being used by the wrong sort of wealthy people.
There was no food for someone vegan, except fruit and nuts in the morning and they ordered me a pizza in the evening. Maybe that was perfect too.

They didn’t even have a kettle for making hot water, no refrigerator either, really not comfortable for families like us.

Lovely hotel and great room. The pool. jacuzzi and sauna were amazing. Highlight were the staff, so helpful and made us feel comfortable.

I Love the Pool area

Il liked that they had a fitness room that looked nice and with big windows. Some of the machines were broken and unfortunately there was no Pilates ball or weights. I used the cross country machine that worked and a mat, which worked great for 1 session.
I also liked the pool with bubble pool on one side, all very noisy with the 2 different “waterfalls” splashing but the advantage is that they can be used for massage. I spent 20 minutes in the steaming sauna (hamam) first and then it was not too cold to sit in the bubble pool a while.
Personnel was very nice and helpful. The steaming room was not warm when I arrived and checked but they turned it on an said it would be 15 mins to warm. They also helped me and called the restaurant nearby to check if I could come a bit late despite near to closing hour.
The room- a superior- was very nice with a coffe machine, bathrobe and slippers (not all rooms include robe and slippers).
The spa is actually comprised of the pool and a changing room with access to 1 shower and the steaming room for ladies ( I guess it looks the same on the gents side).Except for the pool and pool area which looks very nice, the rest is in need of renovation. Also, the motor of the ladies steaming room is VERY noisy so I started wondering if correctly built or if motor half broken. Because of this, it was not so relaxing as one would expect. It would have been nice also with a dry sauna and maybe 2 smaller separate showers rather than one big. I was on my own in the spa on a Wed night so it was fine but I cannot see several people in there without having to queue for the shower.

I already said enough in the multiple choice questionnaire.
Run down and dirty.

Lovely indoor swimming pool. I'd recommend this hotel for families staying at CDG for a lengthy stopover if the children enjoy swimming. From an architectural point of view, hotel deserves to have more guests than it has.
Breakfast is rather too full of empty calories in the form of uninteresting breakfast cereals, . The bus service was a little time-consuming, but not problematic when one knew what to do. The hotel staff weren't friendly, but friendliness has never been something that the French aspire to, so one shouldn't be too surprised.

The only nice part about this hotel is the pool. The pool is big and there is also a very nice sauna area.
The room was in a disgusting state, toilets stained brown. The walls were dirty with mould patches, bits of dirt stuck to the wooden flooring. Curtains were dirty.
We went downstairs and reported this to the staff, apparently no managers are ever available at this hotel. The receptionist advised all rooms are the same so we couldnt be switched. We were told just complaint to booking.com and the Oceania email address. Oceania ignored my complaint and also ignored the requests from Booking.com. Booking.com have given a very small refund but Oceania ignored all emails. My wife actually called the hotel on numerous occasions to follow up on the complaint, one day we were told they have 3 managers but the staff member didnt know any names. The following day there is no managers, then on Thursday we were promised a call back after the staff member had finished screaming down the phone. No call arrived.
This literally has to be the worst hotel and service I have ever received.

great pool and Restaurent.
check in queue was very slow. I ordered the 6am shuttle to the airport, paid €9 for it and then that morning at 5:50 I was told that there was no shuttle at 6am and that I should get the 6:30 which was too late. I then had to get a taxi for €22 and was offered no refund.
