The concept is lovely, rural retreats, hot tubs but that was about it.
Lodges too close together, noisy guests partying (not quiet after 22.00). The preparation of the lodge was poor. Cold showers. The road leading to the accommodation was very long, meaning when you arrived, you likely didn't want to leave. We only stayed one night of the two. It wasn't a retreat. It felt like a set on Big Brother, weird.

Nothing
Everything,
No remote for tv, tv wouldn’t work with any remote they gave us so they literally took the tv off the wall put up a new one which we had to help them do, it worked for 3 hrs and then stopped. Couldn’t have too much on as fuse kept tripping, you needed a degree to work the oven, no microwave, no toiletries, beds were metal camp beds so uncomfortable and noisy. Fridge had no racks in door no bottom drawer and froze everything despite turning it down. Decking when wet was really slippy because of the moss growing on it, no tea towel, no washing up liquid. Was literally 6 miles from anywhere in the middle of the fens. Supposed to be a peaceful place but the lodge next to us were so loud, music, shouting that the lodge next to them came out and they was nearly fighting. We didn’t get to sleep till nearly 3.00am and to top it off a lodge 3 away from us had a dog that kicked outside at 7.30am and it barked constantly till they let it back in at 9.00am. We paid £300 + for 2 nights I wouldn’t pay have paid £100.
The lodges were wet through on the inside in the mornings eveything was damp it was awful

Great pub and clean room. Hot tub was lovely

Lovely location, great space
Not clean, I know it’s rural but there were so many spiders on the bathroom ceiling. The furniture is cheap and broken, the mattresses are cheap and can feel every spring. The outdoor space was nice, except we couldn’t use it as it was covered in bird poo and not cleaned or swept prior to our stay. Lodges are very cramped together so you’re literally on top of one another with not much privacy.

Property is in a lovely location, great for visits to Lincoln, site was fantastic great staff in the pub on site, they were so friendly and accommodating. Karaoke and bingo was great.
Smell of drains outside the property, slight leak in one of the bathrooms

Went for my Mums 60th birthday. Amazing location, out of the way with lovely little walks near by.
The staff were lovely.
The lodge was absolutely beautiful, had everything you needed!
The little pub on site was perfect, accepted dogs too!! Must tub was a lovely touch!
Could have done with a little gate outside for puppies that like to escape!

Lovely and clean lodge

Quiet area, cabins were nice and spacious. Staff were amazing and extremely bubbly. Great size hot tubes, always ready to go.
Beds were a little uncomfortable and the shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold, no matter how much you moved the thermostat it was never at an acceptable temperature.
4.1
Great to have TVs in the bedroom.
Lacked basic things like an oven mitt, dishcloth, soap & a tea towel. A few more homely functional touches would help.
Wi Fi did not work.

Lodges are incredibly good and clean.Friendly staff ....10 out of 10
Restaurant and pub was shut one Sunday because staff go watch football and closest shop was like 5miles.
Other residents didn't respect quite time after 10pm....couldn't sleep till about 1am because noises from next lodge.

It was in the middle of nowhere
The lodges was to close together, not enough privacy

Hottub was lovely
Could have had the hottub sheltered due to poor weather conditions, bed was very uncomfortable and there was one pub for miles which didn't open for hours after we arrived

Location was peaceful and tranquil. Henry and Louise we're lovely and welcoming. Got us a lodge the next day. Bless them as it wasn't there fault from the booking. Made our stay more comfortable in the end.
The booking was deceitful. It looks like your booking a lodge with hot tub. We had a apartment on top of a pub. Which was noisy till 1 in the morning. The music was very loud and people shouting and arguing. The bed was very hard.
4.1
Beautiful lodges with everything you need in them. Clean and dressed beautifully for your arrival. The hot tub was fab .
The wooden decking around the hot tub was broken with a missing plank whick made it difficult for me to get round to the step into the hot tub and put the lid on and off... the opposite side was also loose.
4.1
Great facilities, everything you need.
4.1
Nice quiet location, very clean throughout and hot tub had just been filled with fresh water.
The kitchen was a little under equipped (no saucepans or baking trays, no tea towels, no oven glove)
4.1
Location excellent, holiday home clean and comfortable. Hot tub was a great bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Although there was a TV in the bedroom it would have been nice if the one in the living area had worked properly. I can't lay or sit in bed to watch TV because of back problems. Still, every one else had the same problem.

Staff was very helpful welcoming & friendly, it was very comfortable clean, we would definitely stay again

The accommodation was very nice and we thought was perfect when we first got there as my Aunt had come away with me just for the weekend to have peace and quiet after burying her husband the week before ….
Getting woke up at 12.30am by neighbours of groups of young people having an argument and screaming at each other across to another accommodation. Cars speeding away and others ringing the police ..it was absolutely disgusting that there is no security on this site anything could have happened . So didn’t get much sleep on the Saturday night as it really upset my Aunt and spoilt the weekend away.
4.1
It was perfectly secluded for me to clear my work full head.
The bed wasn't too comfy.

Such a nice little quiet site! Upon arrival we found out we got upgraded to a better cabin over looking the fields, lovely view! Cabin was lovely and well equipped with nice outside decking area and hot tub. Kindly got given a free bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating my birthday! Staff were friendly and helpful and the on site pub was a bonus. Also asked for late check out and this was given at no extra chance as it was quiet on site which was kindly appreciated!
No washing up liquid was provided

hot tube was nice.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. we had 3 adults and the single beds were only big enough for a child. the mattresses on all the beds are so thin you can feel all the springs.
the kitchen isn’t well equipped. There was nowhere comfortable to sit, no sofa, just the chairs around the dinner table but they were to low for the table. there was an awful smell coming from the drain in the bathroom.
There was a load dripping next to the main bedroom that kept us awake as well as a dog that barked all night.

Everything so relaxing, beautiful place .
Definitely booking again
We loved everything

just really small attention to detail. but I do believe it’s working progress

perfect little family getaway, friendly staff, lodge was lovely especially the hot tub :)
4.1
lovely modern interior and exterior. Hot tub was perfect, so nice and hot and a lovely view from it too. The sight was peaceful & Lincoln was only a 25 minute drive away.
white stains all over the pillows that looked like something rude. The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on - me and my partner actually moved the mattress into the living area & slept on the floor. Sofa also very uncomfortable and not big enough to fit 4 guests on. No basics such as sugar, washing up liquid, only 1 dishwasher tablet for a full weekend.

Lovely quiet area. Family enjoyed our stay. Our little ones enjoyed the long walk by the river canal. Great 3 bedroom lodge and hot tub. Towels provided. Um we had Fish and Chips and Chinese takeaway during our stay so didn't use the cooker. But lovely kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer(i think). Awesome short family short break.
All good for us.

very calm environment basically in the middle of no where witch we wanted ,the staff couldn’t help us enough ,pub was dirt cheap and the atmosphere was brilliant everyone was friendly really impressed and enjoyed our stay , we have book again for Easter

hosts had a party in the pub with loud music till 5am. hot tub didn’t work. no bulbs in lights, no hot water, electricity kept going off, no Wi-Fi, tv didn’t work, not enough cooking utensils plates or glasses. lodge near to us had raw sewage coming up through the shower.
4.1
looked lovely at night with the lights
needs a few things to be right ,door mat ,washing up liquid for a short stay ,our door was very hard to lock ( almost impossible ) rusty cheap pans ( not nice to think about using ) water a bit temperamental one day frozen solid so no water then another day no hot water ,no hairdryer even though mentioned in the advert ( apparently had to ask ,but no manual so didn’t know ) just a few tweaks and this would be a nice place to stay
4.1
was a lovely place nice and quiet staff were amazing and very helpful. rooms are amazing and hot tub is lovely and relaxing been twice now and would definitely return
don’t want to complain about anything as it was amazing but just for the staff to know the Wi-Fi in lodge 14 doesn’t work, the oven was hard to work and kept sparking but overall it was an amazing stay and wasn’t anything that effected us massively. thankyou
4.1
Rural location.
No hairdryer, No mop (essential for cleaning up after getting out the hot tub).
Beds are really uncomfortable..need better mattresses on. Sofa is not wide enough to sit on comfortably. Need some lamps in there so you can have softer lighting rather than harsh full light.
The quiet hours were not adhered to, lots of noise late into the night.
