Excellent Place To Stay. Very Clean and Tidy.

Great place to stay. Real milk and cookies on arrival. Not my favourite brand of tea bags but at least we had tea and coffee available.

No spare blankets and it was cold, took a long time for heat pump to warm the room

Except the credit card surcharge, I was quite happy about my stay.

Room size, location

I didn’t know about 2% credit card surcharge until I got to the reception and saw the sign there. When I prepared to pay with eftpos, I was told they’ve already charged me on my credit card. They should at least have told me about the surcharge early or give me a chance to choose how to pay.

I would not stay again

I had hair in my bed. the floor was lumpy to walk on. the visual of toilet pipes was horrible. outside of my room was an open storage area.

The accommodation is always of a high standard however the neighbours in the next room we're loud.

We have stayed here many times and always happy with the facilites and staff are exceptional.

The neighbours in he next room were loud and came in at approx 3-4am in the morning. Woke myself and my family up. They were also smoking marijuana in the room which was coming through the walls into our room. Not ok at all.

Really awesome.

The room smelt nice when you walked in. Then a lovely clean room and comfy bed. The bed linen was lovely and fresh and clean. Our host was chatty and greeted us always with a lovely smile.

The staff where lovely and we enjoy our stay. Rooms very clean

When we got there they put us in a room with a issue with the heat pump making a funny noise. They could of asked if we minded going to another room but let us find out for ourselves. Then moved us later when we complained.

Friendly helpful staff. Good quality, never any issues with the rooms

Bathroom can get a little wet when showering due to extractor fan not keeping up with the steam and moisture from the shower.

The room was very tidy. bathroom and rubbish was cleaned and removed daily. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and accomodating.

I had to leave early due to my child having an accident and wasn’t offered any kind of refund.

we asked for a ground floor room through your website. The Motel knew nothing about it, so we had to take an upstairs room. something needs to be fixed

Stay would have been OK but staff were not very helpful. I would not stay here again for that reason

Spa bath was good and room was spacious.

The bed was a bit hard . Also we accidentally left a near full bottle of Baileys liqueur behind in the fridge. Rang the same day to ask if they could please put it in reception for a friend to collect. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was not helpful. He just said nothing had been handed in and that housekeeping just gets rid of any alcohol they find in the fridge. I find that difficult to believe.

Wonderful host and room was clean and tidy

Room was tidy and clean. The beds were made lovely with fresh and clean sheets. The bathroom was very clean and had everything needed.

Some more blankets for the single beds would have been nice.
