The location is close to everything, especially to the railway system and bus stations which would be really helpful to travelers who needed the train/metro system to get to places. There are a lot of restaurants and businesses on the vicinity.
Although the place was nice and comfy, we had a hard time finding a parking space. So I would recommend using the metro and buses of the city instead of using a car.

property located in a stunning historical building.. location is great, very close to the train station. staff was friendly and helpful
the room looked nothing like in the pictures.. small and very basic with cracked walls and concrete floor.. seemed more like a jail cell than a hotel room honestly

I’ve really liked the kind staff. The location was great maybe like 25 minutes away from beach by public transport. The room was clean and cozy- they also gave us clean towels everyday.
The only con is that the door are kinda weak so you can hear what’s happening outside of the room.

We only chose this hotel as , although it wasn't cheap, was about the cheapest we could find in the area not far away from Genova Brignole station, aeound 10 minutes walk.
It's situated on the third floor of a building, with an entry phone system.
I have to say that our welcome could not have been better. The chap on reception was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.
The room itself, well, it's a 2 star hotel, so probably as expected, but for the price we paid I would have hoped for better.
Of course no breakfast was available.
The city of Genova was great. We took the city bus tour, so we saw a lot of it. Could easily have stayed here longer.
And the Oktoberfest was a big surprise, and excellent.

Room needs renovating - not touched in 30+ years. Not clean. Very basic as was communal bathroom. This place needs taking off your list.

convenient, clean and cozy room with ensuite bath. good window view, kind staff. We felt quite comfortable and took a good sleep. It is like your own apartment, good experience
water heater (tea and coffee) could have been maybe next time.

Verry good localization. Metro, train station and bus stop is a few minutes walk. Airport 30 minutes for bus ride. There aren't AC, but the fan is in the room. Personel is very helpful.

Lift access, good security
Room size, end of the bed a few centimetres from toilet

Davide is sooo nice, we had a wonderful stay.
And we absolutely loved Mimi ❤️
The staff is super helpful, the room is nice and cosy with a wonderful view in a green garden from the window. We didn't miss a thing.
The only thing that is not so great are the stairs in the beginning before the elevator when you arrive with heavy luggage, but they cannot really change this, and we managed to do anyways.

The property was very close to the station if Genova Brignole, the room was clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. The guy working there was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and knew what to do in the area.
I liked everything!

Good size for the room, bed was comfortable.
30 minutes away from the aquarium. But nice walk to get there and back.

Clean and affordable
noisy with very thin old doors that wouldn’t isolate any noise coming from the reception. Also our room was right behind the reception making it literally impossible to sleep due the non stop noise coming from other guests.

Great location
A little bit too noisy

- WiFi is the best in all Italy, it was super fast!
- it has a pharmacy next door which is very nice
- very close to the train station and to the center of the city, very walkable.
- the staff was very kind and stayed late to help us, very helpful!
- the beds were comfortable
First of, the room we were given isn't in the pictures. The bathroom was inside of the room like a platform in the middle of the room. We found multiple bugs on the bathroom and it was super rusty and dirty. Just very old in general. The sink was leaking and there was a bit of smell of sewers.
There is no air conditioner and we definitely felt it. If you're coming to Italy in the summer, get an hotel with ar conditioner. To be fair, we had a fan in the room which worked but it was incredibly dusty and dirty which made one of us have an allergic reaction.
Most of the lights didn't work but the TV and fridge worked just fine which was a plus.
For the price we paid, we were quite disappointed. We have been to multiple cities in Italy and this was our most expensive yet we've been in so much better places for less. I guess you pay for the location.
All and all, if you get this hotel just pray you don't get the room number 1, I think the other rooms are probably fine and the ones in the pictures but number 1 is definitely not fun.

the staff was very kind, I enjoyed my stay very much! oh and you'll have a sink in your room, which is great!
it should probably be a bit cheaper, but in Liguria everything is overpriced. the bathroom is probably not arranged in the most functional solution they could think of, but all in all it was more than fine!
