Location is great... that's about it.
3.5 / 5.0
rooms were ok, hot and cold water; nearness to a complex with many shops/restos
Few selections for breakfast; food was not very good for lunch or for dinner; not very polished service

We booked 5 night but left after 3 so can’t say much we liked about the place to be honest. The location was ok with a nice view on the beach but not
more than that.
We got an upgrade which was nice but even though left..
Well where to begin..
They did not clean our room in two days, even though we told the staff several times.
Wi-Fi was not working in our room, only in the restaurant and even there it was poor.
Water run out 3times during our stay so we could not even flush the toilet.
Breakfast was ok if you like instant coffee, rice, dried fish and Asian style. They had fruits, eggs and toast but not good.
Spend your money somewhere else is my tip.

You have walk for about 10-15 minute walk from McDonald’s (the entrance to the complex), then walk in the beach—you will get wet during high tide. One of my windows did not lock. I told them day one. The next day at night I tell them it wasn’t fixed. Now they’re telling me they will fix it tomorrow. It didn’t get fixed until I demanded to be moved. I will say most of the staff were very attentive, just employed in a place that needs serious facilities improvement
Not much to like other than it being in the beach with friendly stray dogs everywhere.

Beautiful place on the beach. A lot of small shops and bars. Very close to the zip line.
Very poor internet connection. Immposible to work online.

our room was absolute beachfront. many restaurants nearby.
nobody contacted us that we need to tell them what time we are arriving so nobody picked us up from vanilla beach. it was a very long walk with our luggages. we had to carry them because we couldn’t roll our suitcases in the sand. breakfast could be improved.

The staff were phenomenal and extremely kind in helping my partner and i when needed. The room was very nice and clean and the view was stunning. Definitely recommend!!
We didn’t initially know that we had to walk a few minutes along the beach to get to the hotel so it was a bit tricky with our suitcases so I recommend a backpack if booking here but after calling the hotel, they sent staff to assist which was very helpful.

it was right on the beach
to get to the property was difficult as there is no transport that takes you directly to the hotel. you would have to walk down a steep hill or walk from Mc Donald’s which is a 5min walk. With suitcases you would definitely need assistance

I loved the beautiful view and close proximity to the beach (it was right off the step). Two great, but slightly pricey by Philippines standards, restaurants right beside the resort and a restaurant in the resort as well. Free buffet breakfast which was delicious but not kept hot so if you don’t come right away it will be cold.
Is inconvenient to have to carry bags a long way as the hotel is not accessible by vehicle, but we didn’t pack much. There was no wifi when we were here and phone service isn’t great, but that meant we spent less time on our phones.

We bought the deluxe room, which was very nice. Perfect location aswell
the breakfast could have been better

Location was close to vanilla beach and is a Beachfront property. Very nice view.
Lack of amenities and no internet during our stay. There were no cell network signals in our room aswell. During our last night the power went out. The hotel should have back up generators.

Location is great! I could watch the landscapes for hours. It's very close to las cabanas sunset point which is a perfect place to watch sunsets and a nice beach for swimming. In front of the hotel it's rocky but just next to hotel a place for swimming. Tricycle to town costs 150 one way. Easy to get a tricykle. Nice and helpfull staff. Easy to buy tours or get a van at a tour point just next to the hotel. You can refill your waterbottle at the hotel. Little shop just next to hotel.
You had to ask for room cleaning even though you had the sign hanging on your door and also remind about cleaning. Wifi not working all the time. Sometimes all day without working.

Location is magnificent. Good swimming beach
wasn't clear you have to walk from the road to the resort along the beach. No phone signal at drop off so can't call

Staff were very nice. Had fun with Grace, Donna, Cheryl, Kerry, Caroline. Very fun and helpful. This room would cost a thousand dollars a night in Hawaii. Vanilla beach for only 100 a night. 3 floor views of sunset that draws hundreds of viewers. You can snorkel right outside the hotel.
Would be nice to have parking closer at some point in the future. Lot of construction underway. Hope that is on the list of to do's

Aside from the beautiful and clean room, and the location of the room/resort which is a beach front, I’d say the staff were absolutely amazing. They are so warm and welcoming. Everyone were polite and nice to us.
Can’t think of anything.

Smell of moisture and mushrooms , almost in each room, so this hotel doesn't match antialergia creterias!

The view from the beach was great!
The lady who checked us in was not very pleasant. We had to walk through a building site/scaffold to get to our room, a bit unsafe as there were people working above us as we walked underneath. Room was basic and breakfast was very average.
