But i would still recommend this apartment and we will definitely come back in this apartment if we come back to city!

Super location! Parking in front of the house for free. Very friendly and helpful owners. Apartment was fully equipped and comfortable. But i would still recommend this apartment

The shower didn't drain until the owner cleaned the drainage trap after we told him Bcs it wasn’t done before arrival. And unfortunately we still smell the stench in The bathroom and The shower was kinda dirty. :(

Huge friendly apartment in Kotor

Huge apartment within 10min walk of kotor old town and the bus station. Damir and his family were very welcoming and even helped us out with umbrellas as it was raining so much! Clean spacious apartment and would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Kotor.

Wifi was a bit slow in the bad weather but this was easily fixed by restarting the router. Pillows were a bit firm for us but this is a minor point. Really great stay.

The furnishings in the room were new and the room was immaculate as if it was our own home. The room had everything you need. There was even a coffee machine and coffee pod for free. You can wake up in the scenery and bird sounds :) Owners are so kind and friendly. İ have traveled a lot , this house has managed to become one of the best houses :)

The apartment seemed clean

There is no sea view; this false advertisement is really unethical. There is no heating apart from AC, so your feet will be very cold if you go in cooler months. Insulation is poor; it was impossible to sleep when it was windy outside, as the noises came right in. The host was just defensive, did not take responsibility at all, which just made things worse.

Excellent and affordable

This is a very comfortable apartment in a quiet area, with everything you need for a short stay, including a washing machine for clothes. You are living in the same building as the host family, and they are very kind. I did not need anything during my stay but I am sure they would have helped me if I did. There is parking close by. and Kotor is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Great wifi too.

Perfect place to stay in Kotor

I loved the location. it was safe, quiet, easy walk to town, near grocery stores and restaurants. Nice family as hosts, attentive and communicative. Quick walk to the bus station. the home was impeccably clean and modern. bed and pillows were great. We were thrilled to have a clothes washing machine and a beautiful kitchen.

Highly recommended if anyone is planning a trip to Kotor

This property is so complete with everything and the host is so friendly too. Good location and the studio apartment is so complete with everything inclusive of washing machine. Very spacious too and clean environment

it was ok but we wouldn’t return

good sized room with good facilities

the bed was so uncomfortable, very thin mattress, only 1 pillow each which was too thin, we found a blanket but we we’re really cold, we tried to ask for more but no one was at reception twice when we went .our Wi-Fi didn’t work properly to get there but there were no signs and it was in the middle of nowhere and hammering it down with rain which made for a very unpleasant experience, Damir was lovely on arrival but we never saw anyone again until we left and had to pay cash.. which was inconvenient too.

Very kind and helpful host, nice and friendly atmosphere. The apartmant is very clean, big enough and situated in a great, silent location, the old town can be reached in 10 min walk. Highly recommended! :)

A relaxing stay with a good location and nice hosts.

Quiet location and the hosts were lovely. the bed was comfortable and blackout blinds and good AC. Apartment was quiet and well equipped with new appliances. Coffee and tea provided

Clean, spacious, well equipped apartment, walking distance from the Old Town.

All the facilities we could have wanted, and everything was exceptionally clean. Room was modern and very spacious. Parking was easy. Hosts were friendly and accommodating - they provided me with an extra pillow when I asked for one, and took the time to give us advice on our onward travels through Montenegro / Bosnia & Herzegovina.

The mattress protector made an crinkling noise when rolling over in bed - not a major issue (and much preferred compared to the absence of a mattress protector!) but it was annoying.
