Sosta di passaggio tutto bene

Posto carino, pulito, molto essenziale. Comodo per una notte nel nostro caso per spezzare il lungo viaggio dalla Lombardia alla Calabria.

Sicuramente da migliorare la colazione. Forse per via del covid, ci sono alcune restrizioni e va bene, ma il doversi fare il caffè da soli non ci è proprio piaciuto, e il fatto che non ci fosse nulla di fresco "fatto in casa" ma solo alimenti confezionati, ci ha un po' deluso. Forse con qualche piccolo accorgimento, il momento colazione può di gran lunga essere più soddisfacente.

nulla.raramente in numerosi viaggi eseguiti mi è capitato di essere ospitato in una struttura totalmente fatiscente.la struttura molto datata nel tempo non ha usufruito di alcuna manutenzione da anni il bagno sembrava quello di un vagone letto delle Ferrovie dello stato di terza classe,la doccia offriva vari tipologie di micosi a scelta del consumatore ,non parliamo della colazione pur inserita nell’offerta un fai da te con prodotti dei peggiori discount offerto in stoviglie che mai nessuno si è dedicato al loro lavaggio ,c’erano ancora presenti le incrostazioni dell’ultimo ospite ,il caffè se lo volevi te lo dovevi fare sperando di capitare per primo quando in teoria la macchinetta del caffè era ancora ….pulita.si era al terzo piano e si accedeva con un ascensore che richiedeva il fisico di una nuotatrice di nuoto sincronizzato altrimenti con una sola valigia non riuscivi a salirci .non parliamo del parcheggio detto nei pressi ,dopo una decina di giri parcheggiavi al parcheggio pubblico in piazza a 2€ l’ora .per poter aprire il portone di ingresso magari in compagnia di una valigia che speravi di portare con tè all’interno del palazzo dovevi aver frequentato per anni palestre di bodybuilding altrimenti non saresti mai stato in grado di aprirlo .in conclusione mi sono vergognato di essere italiano e di offrire tale schifezze come alloggi per esseri umani sebbene a buon mercato

Location was perfect! It was a shame that we were given a faulty key to access the accommodation.

The common kitchen area worked really well.

It was a moment of panic when we could not access the Accommodation on our day of departure. Access to the building was fine but the key to the apartment was faulty. Even though we rang the phone numbers provided for assistance, no one returned our calls and finally when the cleaner turned up she was able to give us access to the apartment with her key, in order for us to check out and catch our train.

Shower was a danger, cold or scolding, not good English spoken, but got bye, bit noisy, not my ideal place, but ok

Close to the train station, not too far from the beach, clean.

Breakfast was laid out the night before and consisted of some crackers, a croissant and some sweet bread all individually packed in sealed plastic bags. Felt like airplane food.

ok for a short stay

the location was perfect. the host accepted that I check in late in the evening because of my flight despite the fact that the official check in time ended earlier. The water was hot.

they responded to my messages (sent it English) in Italian which was a little big annoying. the sound isolation was not good, fortunately, it is quite quiet area, but you could hear other guests. They cannot store you luggage after check out (which is early - 10am) and that starts to be a problem as there is no luggage storage at the train station.

Very good location in the city center. Nice stuff and good communication with them. Clean rooms.

Air condition made annoying noise so we could not use it at night. There was very loudly bar in the street so almost every night there were dj´s until 2 am and it was difficult to sleep. Bathroom was clean but the waste was stinking a lot all the time. Breakfast was only sweet, no butter and fresh bakery.

The "hotel" is located in a good area, right next to the city centre and the shopping/restaurants/bars streets.

It is surprising how this place is categorised as "hotel". It is rather a big flat divided in rooms; the flat is very old and not in a good state. The aircondition pipe was leaking to the shower, right above where we were showering, whereas the shower head was not working properly. The breakfast was a joke as it included only the cheapest products from Lidl. It definitely wasn't worth its money! Not recommended.
