Struttura molto bella, vicino alla metro, al Centro Pompidou , a moltissime boulangeries e ad un km circa dal Louvre. Appartamento piccolo e tranquillo ma dotato di tutti i comfort. Ben accessoriato. Ben organizzato il check in ed il check ot. Mettono inoltre a disposizione diversi servizi tra cui il transfer da e per aeroporti che è stato molto preciso e puntuale.

We loved it, perfect location, exceptionally clean and welcoming.

Fantastic location and beautifully presented from the fairly lights in the courtyard to the decor and facilities in the accommodation.

The ceiling height on the mezzanine is very low, the kids found it fun but I think some adults would find it tricky.

De locatie

Bovenruimtes waren veel te laag, moest kruipen naar mn bed, heb vaak mn hoofd gestoten. Alles was 1 open ruimte, dus gehorig als kinderen naar bed moesten.

Слабая уборка. Пауки и комары в номере. Не продуманная система подключения кондиционера.

Зеленая территория. Рядом много кафе.

В номере очень много пауков и других живностей. Слабая уборка, кондиционер нельзя подключить без открытия окна. Открываешь окно, залетают комары и мошки. Перестань не дружелюбный.

acceptable but not recommended unless you don't plan to spend much time in the room.

Location was great. Although smallit was convenient to have a little kitchen

The room was much smaller than anticipated. The shower was so small it barely fit one person. And while we were excited to have a little terrace, it was unusable because there were so many smokers.

Nice and practical place to stay if you plan on walking this area of Paris.

The girl at the front desk was really helpful and gave us clear instructions. Access was pretty easy. The location is wonderful.

Perfect location, really nice ambience, tiny but cosy apartment

Not clean, apartment wasn’t ready at arrival, dirty laundry in the floor and thick layer of dust. Sleeping coach not very good. Had go ask for new bed linen for both beds and staff wasn’t very quick to respond but kept asking: are you sure? Got it in the end, just a little cumbersome

We loved the courtyard that you passed through to get to your rooms, and the location was ideal for getting to all the best sites to see in Paris, as well as numerous great restaurants.

Our room was incredibly cramped, and there was no place to unpack our luggage and put clothes, so we basically had to live out of our suitcase for three days. we had no room service for all three days, and had to ask to get a couple of new towels and additional toilet paper. in addition, it was a good thing we were both in good shape, as the shower was so small you almost had to be anorexic to fit in it. What passed as a cover sheet on the bed, appeared to be something more like a fitted sheet for a large mattress, with a small duvet and thin green blanket thrown on top of it. For what we were paying for the room, it was a terrible value, as we could’ve stayed at a five-star room at a Hilton in Washington DC for that amount.

Good location and facilities but very small apartment.

Very helpful receptionist on arrival who explained everything clearly. The property was attractive, with apartments grouped around a pleasant leafy courtyard, and very quiet in spite of being centrally located. The apartment was extremely well equipped.

Our apartment was on the third floor up a steep winding staircase with no lift, which was difficult to negotiate with heavy suitcases. The apartment itself was very small indeed, a bit like living on a boat, quite hard for two people to negotiate at one time!

Nice apartment! But mind the stairs

The location is quite nice, close to innumerable restaurants and all major attractions. The storage is very well thought of, and you will not run out of space to keep your stuff. The kitchen is well-equipped.

The stairs. Though I had read many reviews stating that the stairs are tough to climb, I still thought it would be manageable. But no! I had 2 old parents with me and we were 2. It was really tough to climb up the stairs with a cabin size bag in hand. Imagine someone having a bigger bag than that. Also, the size of each stair is very small. I am a size UK 37 and I was having trouble keeping my foot straight. So you can imagine the ordeal of a person trying to get up and down the stairs with a bag in hand. Also, the shower area is very very small. A tall person or a broad person would have trouble bathing in it. Good for 2 people. A bit congested for 4.

The "upstairs" bedrooms are not bedrooms. It was a loft spacec& not fit for adults. The stairs are open & very dangerous.

No breakfast. Good to be able to walk to all destinations. Nice little apartment with all facilities. The bed was comfortable.

The room was too hot on arrival and after work on the first day. I made a note to the owners.
