Fantastic breakfast, excellent location,
The room was absolutely spotless, and the facilities were excellent. we couldn't have asked for anything more. We absolutely loved our stay.
Nothing to dislike

Location was great. Room was cosy and breakfast was excellent.
We were on the front of the property and it was a windy night. The creaking of the sign under the window was loud and the rooms door rattled all night, so I didn't have the best nights sleep.

Location at Pateley Bridge was perfect for our sightseeing of this area. A dedicated parking spot at door was appreciated immensely as these villages have such a demand on parking. The apartment was very comfy and roomy. Heating, shower and Wifi all spot on. A bottle of milk and fruit juice and chocolates along with tea and coffee were very much appreciated.
I was surprised that breakfast was not included as part of our accomodation as it is a B & B. Breakfast was available at the cafe next door at an additional cost if you needed it.

Great breakfast and super location.

Very comfortable stay in a lovely quiet room with a bath and soft towelling robes. A fridge with fresh milk and glass bottled water was a bonus. And Margaret very kindly made me a sandwich to take on my walk the next day.
It was a shame that the restaurant was closed as this had been recommended but there were plenty of take aways nearby.

Very clean lovely spacious room. Loved that it had a fridge with fresh milk. The chocolates were an extra treat.

Excellent location as in middle of small town. Breakfast was good and room as expected. Owner and staff all very pleasant. Property was very clean and we also had a bath as well as a shower which is lovely after a long walk in the cold.
Bed was a little firm for us but that is a matter of choice and would probably suit some. Could have done with a little more local information in the guest book.

The location was perfect and it was so comfortable. much bigger than expected. the bath was huge and the shower was a real treat.
All of the facilities worked perfectly and were very comfortable.
We were looked after exceptionally well ant the Breakfast was so plentiful and so tasty.
I travel quite regularly and leave a review less frequently than I should but I can say unequivocally that this stay was right up there with the best.
The only thing I would change is the bed was a touch small and the foot board made things a bit of a squeeze. I am quite a tall person though so I doubt this would be a problem for most people.

the property was very well maintained and refurbished.
the tv channels could be better
