it was Okay that’s what I can say.

staff were friendly

the load shedding were the worst and the internet issues was so not impressive not forgetting the television since we arrived were not working till we check out.

Without a generator I won't come back(it was my second visit)

With load shedding increasing an automatic generator is essential.

it’s in a great location next to Grotto beach. The staff worked very hard to make us happy

Mosselberg on Grotto Beach is an absolutely stunning place to stay, with breathtaking views of the ocean and exceptional service that makes you feel truly pampered. We were thrilled to be greeted with a complimentary bottle of champagne for our honeymoon, which was a lovely touch that made our stay even more special. Overall, our experience at Mosselberg on Grotto Beach was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in this beautiful part of the world.

the stay was worth it, my fiancée enjoyed but just a little disappointed that she has mosquitoes marks on her arms

the matras was very old and for the price i paid this was not to be expected for a 5star guest house as there are plenty

Lovely location and view. Great for Hermanus and visits eastwards. Staff were friendly and attentive

Excellent breakfasts everyday.

Better/cooler fridge and ice facilities would have been nice. However this did not detract from a lovely stay.

A peaceful oasis with great style and lovely sea views

The location is great - just along the coast from Hermanus but within a short walk from a fantastic beach. The architecture and style of the property is stunning. The staff were all great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only booked one night here but wished we had booked more so will be returning.

We were disappointed to hear that the hotel restaurant was not open for evening meals but the manager Wayne was very helpful in sorting us out with a meal as there are some local restaurants that do take aways

Spacious room, above any standards. Very clean. Excellent location with nice views of the ocean. Superb service. We made a mistake with the reservation. Booked at wrong date. The staff kindly amended our reservation and gave us a room without extra charge.

Cannot find anything negative to provide.

Exceptional personal accommodation made the weekend.

What a tastefully decorated guest house with exceptionally friendly and efficient staff. We watched whales from our breakfast table, could safely walk to the beautiful beaches, enjoyed delicious meals in town, as well as great wine experiences a few km’s away - and the suggested taxi service was safe and friendly.

Amazing location & very luxurious!

Everything was amazing! The location was incredible - a few minutes walk to the beach, with an amazing view & very private. The room (Southern Right) was very spacious & luxurious, with a lovely natural aesthetic. The staff was very helpful, especially Daniel, who made us a fire as it was quite cold. The breakfast options were very good as well! Small touches, like sherry at night, made us feel very special.

While we were staying there the pool cover was broken, but it was too cold to swim anyway & I assume this is now fixed. One thing is the coffee at breakfast could be improved somewhat, as I felt it wasn't exactly the same standard as everything else. But this is a minor thing.

We all had a great memorable stay in lovely surroundings.

Lovely rooms especially the southern right which gives and all round view of the ocean and surrounding fynbos. Very friendly welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for us and a heated swimming pool which my grandson loved, they also have a games room which was great when it rained! They provided an evening meal with a private chef, which was excellent, not to be missed.
