About this apartment rental

Apartment T3 close to the train station and 150m from the historic center. Ideally located, quiet, everything can be done on foot! With an area of 60m2, the apartment is very bright, with triple exposure. It has a kitchen open to a living room overlooking a balcony of 6m2 with open views of Fort Saint-Elme, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. The rental of sheets and towels is optional, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.

Nice spacious apartment with a lovely view of the hills & a very short walk to the centre. Communication with the owner was excellent. Collioure is the gem of this coast!

The apartment is near centre-vile and the views from the apartment are amazing. Drawback were related to the fact that sheets and towels were only available for a fee, as well as the fact that the guest is required to clean the apartment before leaving (otherwise significant fee assessed). The neighbor downstairs isn’t the most friendly and was yelled at our normal family conversation (not loud or obnoxious) at 20:30 in the evening. Check in and check out require the property manager to be in person for key handoff which makes it difficult for early or late departures. The mattress in the master bedroom is very firm and my wife wound up sleeping in one of the single beds. I think this would be a great place if you are there for an extended stay and are able to bring your own sheets, towels, and mattress.

This large apartment is perfect! There were no negative surprises, it is exactly as pictured: well located, comfortable, very well equipped, immaculately clean, roomy with comfortable beds and a good shower. Valérie was a delight to work with, responsive and accommodating and the woman who greeted us equally so. It is within walking distance of everything, including the train station. This was a return visit to Collioure and if I go back again, I won't hesitate to stay here. Merci, Valérie!

Un appartement plus moderne que les maisons de pêcheurs du bourg, avec sans doute un peu moins de cachet, mais bien équipé : enfin, une location avec plus de 5 verres, merci ! ;). La location est propre et claire, un ou deux ventilateurs manquent peut-être, mais il est traversant et il est donc facile de faire des courants d'air en période de canicule. Globalement une très bonne expérience.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Toll ist der Blick vom Balkon auf Altstadt und das Fort St. Elme. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Vom Zuglärm hört man so gut wie gar nichts. Das Zentrum ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Dennoch gab es etwas zu kritisieren: Zum einen ist kein W-LAN verfügbar. In der heutigen Zeit sollte dies doch selbstverständlich sein; gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Zum anderen war das Bett sehr hart und die Sprungfedern der Matratze spürte man doch deutlich. Ein Tipp für alle, die mit dem Auto anreisen: Die Parksituation in Collioure ist ziemlich angespannt. Daher sind alle Parkplätze kostenpflichtig. Um nicht jeden Tag die Parkuhr für teures Geld zu füttern, kann man sich ein 7 oder 14 Tage Ticket besorgen. Das geht aber nur am Parkplatz "Glacis". Am Ausgang befindet sich ein Service- Point. Dort kann man das Ticket unter Nennung der lokalen Adresse und des Kennzeichens erwerben. Achtung, bei uns war nur Barzahlung möglich (7 Tage 50.- €; 14 Tage 80.-€).

La location est très bien située. La vue du balcon très belle. La location est très propre et bien équipée, spacieuse pour une famille de 4. Rien a redire. Nous avons passé un agréable sejour.

Tout est fait pour ce sentir bien, vaisselle et matériel de cuisson propre et pratique. Appartement et balcon bien orienté, bonne adresse à retenir. La personne qui nous reçoit est particulièrement agréable et disponible.

Logement bien situé pour profiter de Collioure sans le désagrément de l'envahissement touristique. Nous y reviendrons très certainement mais sans voiture.Le stationnement coûte horriblement cher et est payant 7 jours sur 7 de 8h à 24 heures. Si vous arrivez comme nous en train de Perpignan le bus vous depose à Collioure pour 1€. Pour le reste la location est top, lumineux,avec une jolie vue, très propre et bien équipé. Un grand merci à la personne qui nous a accueilli si sympathiquement.

Rien à redire, appartement très propre et surtout très bien équipé (même des tupperwares pour aller en rando) Localisation excellente Parking au pied de la résidence mais payant, comme dans tout collioure (prendre un abonnement). Les hôtes sont joignable en permanence, merci à eux Propriétaire soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires.

Nous avons été bien accueillis : les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l'écoute. Nous avons apprécié cet appartement près du centre ville, très bien agencé, très bien équipé et lumineux. Nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Bonnes balades à faire dans le coin. En août, nous conseillons de prendre un abonnement parking.
