The breakfast & venue is beautifully laid out, clean affordable and delicious options. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
I think the pool needs abit of work, it's a great feature to the place so it would be nice if it was abit cleaner inside and on side of the pool. Other than that it's good.

Hard to fault, everything was just perfect. So cozy for a winter weekend, beautiful quiet town

It’s a beautiful place. We did enjoy our stay. Friendly staff.
The movie options were not working. Service in restaurant was limited. Table wasn’t cleaned and did not clean when asked which we did. We had to book 2 rooms for 5 of us despite 2 year sharing a bed with us.
2.5
The rooms were very small and the breakfast didnt had much options

A spa center would be amazing. I believe it’s coming soon

A bit expensive

The breakfast was not varied enough. In my opinion, there was a lack of more options for children including, among other things, cheeses, vegetables and fruits that were very lacking in the meal and would be adjusted to the price for an adult. Children entered for free, which is a very nice gesture.

We always stay here when visiting Lake Mountain. Location is good and the adjoining restaurant makes it convenient for families

The room was lovely and clean. Perfect location, walking distance to everything.
There was dripping sound of water from the outside of our window which was quiet loud and keep us awake at night. Took a long time to fall asleep. This was disappointing due to the amount we paid for one night, at that price I do expect a soundless sleep with no noises etc
When checking out, the service at the front desk was quite poor, not friendly, not - hope or did you enjoy your stay or even hope to see you again. Nothing which was disappointing.
You could add a few things to the room for example, small plates and maybe knives and or forks, we bought some afternoon tea from the bakery to have with a cup of tea in our room, small plates or a knife would have been handy.

Great central location. Aesthetically beautiful building with quality furnishings in the room. The breakfast did not disappoint and there was lots on offer. Lots of parking on site.
There wasn’t anything to not like about this place.

Great location!
4.0
The location of the property as it is right in the Main Street. The modern design, however was a little bit of a maze (walkways & corridors) to get to room. Staff very friendly. Looked like a good hotel for conferences but not for families. The Gym and Pool looked good (however pool is outdoors and not heated so only useable during the summer months).
The beds were not as comfortable as I would have expected for a Peppers resort, but was satisfactory. Room was overpriced for the small standard room we were given to fit a family of 4 with views to the road. Had to wait over 45 minutes for hot breakfast items to be replenished in the buffet. Had to walk out of the hotel and walk down the road to get to the restaurant for breakfast: as the internal doors connecting inside the hotel were locked (so not practical when raining). Hotel needs a games room during winter as there is nothing for guests or families to do in the evening other than watch TV in their small room.

Toilet is clean and they provide hand cream beside the sink it is very good.
Parking lot is too far from the room.

The customer service was very good and the decor was nice.
The fridge in the room was so very loud and there was a light behind the TV that keep flashing all night. We had a very disruptive sleep.
2.5
Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.
It was Mother’s Day stay. We were not told the restaurant was under renovation when booking or calling the hotel in advance to book the restaurant and they were using the cafe instead which was a bit disappointing on arrival.
Meals were average for the price. Service in restaurant/cafe was poor.
When booking it said room service available.
When we called to order breakfast was told it’s not currently available, only in the cafe.
Got told we could check out at 11:00 but keys were deactivated at 10:00 resulting in long walk back to reception with bags to get them reactivated.
Nothing major but just think the above should be made clear and a little better when paying this sort of price.

My son in law and daughter went to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary. We bought them a night away. They thoroughly enjoyed their time and did lots of walks, staff were fabulous
Restaurant only had 2 people on so service that night was sketchy.
