Fresh & gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium located in the heart of Granby Ranch. This property is located adjacent to Granby Ranch Ski Resort, close to all the wonderful restaurants, activities, and shops. You will enjoy the spacious deck and floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Mountain. Walk out the front door and within a short walk you are skiing on the mountain.
This spacious 2 level condominium offers two main level bedrooms (Master Suite & Queen Room ) which is perfect for two families and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Upstairs is the third bedroom with two twin over full bunkbeds and a full bath. Other amenities include Flat screen TV's/DVD, stereo system, a full-size washer and dryer in the property, Full kitchen featuring granite countertops, GE range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Parking is free and has space for Two vehicles. Guests also have full access to the adjacent pool in the summer.

The CLEANEST and MOST COMFORTABLE VRBO we've ever stayed at. We were looking for a stress free place to stay so we could enjoy some family time skiing and snowboarding. The lift is just across the parking lot. The home was very well stocked with plenty of toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, bath towels etc. LOVED the very comfortable over sized leather sofa and massage chair. Comfortable beds and high quality washer and dryer were great! I'm super picky when it comes to cleanliness and everything including the bathrooms were very clean!! Excellent communication with the owners. Appreciated having a crock pot and coffee maker available. Big screen TV was nice and plenty of blankets and pillows. We give this place a 10!!! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay over New Years. Condo was perfect for 7 and had plenty of extra space. The lift across the parking lot as made accessing the mountain easy. Great mountain for beginner skiers. Fun fireworks show on NYE as well. Store and restaurants very close by made this fun and relaxing week. Highly recommend!

The condo is lovely and very clean. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We really enjoyed the pool. The gas grill is very nice we used it almost everyday. Just a few minor recommendations. In the summer months maybe say in the description that there is no air conditioning. It really never occured to me to check. It did get stuffy upstairs and there were flannel sheets on the lower bunks so take them off in the summer.

spacious, comfortable, good location for our wedding venue. The restaurant in the base one complex is very good, good service and open until late. The shops and town are very close by, and the skiing looks wonderful with very close by trails good for beginners in the winter of course.

Loved the Ski in Ski out. Was sad that it said there was a hot tube availability at the inn but turned out that they had done away with that option. Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware. Ran out of toilet paper but was no big deal to get more. Communication with the owners was great and quick responses! The only cleaning issue was the hard to reach places around the couch were really dirty, other than that it was great!

This was a great place to stay up in the Colorado Rockies. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants and easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park.
The condo was excellent…providing a relaxing atmosphere for my family to rest and hangout. The pool on-site was a welcome fun activity.

Things went really well here. I wish there would have been some more storage closets or dressers to put clothes in while we were there. There were plenty of towels, the couch is super comfy. The massage chair was great. We wished there was a griddle there so we could have made pancakes easier, and the boot drier didn't do very well on boots or gloves it seems. All of the things that I feel could be improved are very slight or minor things that don't deserve to discredit this from being a great place for a family to stay. We had a great time and the New Years Eve - Granby Ranch Fireworks show was super and unobstructed from the living room windows!!!

This was a great central location to go between Winter Park/Fraser & the lakes north of Granby & Hot Sulphur Springs. Condo was quiet, easy to get to, exactly as shown, well stocked & had everything we needed. City Market (grocery store) is right across hwy 40 when you enter Granby Ranch. Our cellular service wasn’t great inside the condo, so the WiFi was much appreciated. The overall lighting throughout was pretty dark & some overhead bulbs were burned out, but during daylight hours those huge windows let in plenty of light with great views. I’m sure it takes an act of congress to clean the windows but it would’ve been nice for all the wildlife we watched: deer, hummingbirds, chipmunks, magpies. This unit is closest to accessing the pool. The on site grill worked great. The massage chair in the condo was impressive! When it rained there were plenty of pillows & blankets to snuggle in & watch a movie on Amazon Prime, games to play, or sit comfortably on the covered patio, watch hummingbirds & listen to the rain & take in the mountain view. The main floor queen bed was quite a bit more comfortable than the king in the master suite in our opinion. Overall, had a very enjoyable stay at an affordable price. Thank you!

The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, etc. We loved the massage chair. The beds were pretty comfy. Extra blankets were available for snuggling with windows open. It was super nice having laundry available. There was a nice variety of games available to play in the evening.
FYI, there was very little toilet paper and paper towels provided. A limited number of towels and wash clothes were available also.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in an ideal location for enjoying hiking, biking, and paddling. The grocery store is nearby and the kitchen has everything needed in the way of dishes, utensils, and spices. Our kids had a blast in the pool that is right next to the condo. We could have done with one more fan as the loft area gets pretty warm in the middle of the day. Also could have done with a blind in the loft window as lack of one led to some pretty early mornings and some really warm afternoons.

Old University Buddies Hiking Reunion
We are 3 guys (amigos) who have known each other since the mid 1970's at the U of Arizona. We come from 3 states and got together for a hiking reunion. This was the first reunion we have had without our wives but we survived. The condo was well furnished and the kitchen was really well equiped. The location was good for broad area outdoor activities. The local supermarket just across the main highway about 2 miles from the condo was excellent. We did find the condo a bit dark in the kitchen. The lighting could be stronger. The place is plenty big to handle 6-8 people. There are lots of beds and 3 bathrooms. The dinning table area ican seat 8-10 easily. It was a good stay. Reunion mission accomplished.

Living room was perfect for 4-6 people to sit and spread out. Sofa they have allows for this.
Phone numbers need to be updated for correct contact, but once I got the correct number...they were very responsive.

Perfect for our Family and Friends
Kids LOVED the bunkbeds upstairs and with the 3rd bathroom up there, it was super convenient. Space for everyone with large dining area, equipped kitchen that even had seasonings so we didn't need to buy any, and comfortable seating in the family room. Great view over the pool and base area. Bonus was the massage chair, after a long day of hiking it was needed! We'll be back

Amazing condo
We were extremely pleased with our stay at this condo. We have stayed in this complex 2 other times in different condos, each very nice, but this place really was above and beyond. You could see there were new renovations, the beds and couch were very comfortable, and they had all of the items you would need to make your own meals. We would highly recommend this condo for your next destination!

Fantastic Ski Trip
Myself and 8 others stayed at this property for a few days looking to ski at Granby Ranch. This property was fully furnished and we honestly didn't have to worry about anything. We grabbed food form the City Mart down the hill and used the clean fridge and plates/utensils already at the unit. Courtney responded to a few questions incredibly quickly and was easily reachable. My friends and I walked right up to the lift from this condo after a short jaunt. One of the best stays we've ever had on VRBO and we will definitely be back to stay here next year.

Great location/ Home had issues
My family stayed at this rental over the Christmas week and overall had a great time. The kitchen was very well equipped and stocked with everything you would need. The appliances are all very nice and seem to be newer. The kitchen has granite countertops that are very nice. The areas within reach were all very clean. The massaging chair was a very nice touch and was definitely used. Living room furniture this is in good shape.
Now on to the negatives. The secondary exit door to the patio seems to be locked from the outside and would not open. The TV in the main living area would constantly not load netflix and would buffer a lot. When we go there, the firealarm was constantly beeping due to low battery so I had to take it down. The carbon monoxide detector was unplugged and laying behind the couch. There was a very weird smell in the master bedroom that at times is very overwhelming (I am wondering if it was due to a neighboring condo). The master bedroom mattress was a super plush pillow top. This is great for some and not for others. It was very very soft. The ceiling fan in the main area was so caked with dust that I had to clean it before I dared to turn it on. Many area of the home that were beyond the reach of the cleaners were not well taken care of and had a lot of dust. Lastly, the glass light fixture on the porch fell on my wife's head as we were exiting the condo.
With all this said, the location was excellent. The lift is about 100 yards one direction and the slopes are about 1000 yards in another direction. Although our experience was less than great, the condo has potential if it could be more well maintained.

Granby Ranch Mountainside
The property was great. It was either a short drive or walk to Base Camp or a short walk to one of the lifts. I even received a call the day before our planned arrival to let us know our condo was ready if we by chance were coming in a day early to beat the snowstorm! I greatly appreciated that!

Home is very nice. Very spacious and comfy couch after day of skiing. Massage chair is definitely a plus. Only suggestions involve brightening up the lightening. It is very dark. Plus the light and fan in the master bedroom and guest bedroom do not work at all.

The Virus Spring Break
The description is accurate. The place is very nice and laid out well. Trip was to take the grandkids skiing in Granby and Winter Park. We checked in on Saturday. The Colorado governor shut down all resorts on Sunday. We came back home on Monday. As we had already checked in, stayed in the condo for nights, we negotiated a refund that was fair to everyone. The condo is great, very close to the lifts, newly decorated, modern, etc. We would sta y there again. Be carefull, the kids will want the massage chair and adults will have to fight for it!

Great location, cozy
Loved the massage chair after a day of skiing. Easy check in , check out. Owners quick to respond when we could not find the tv remote andz had gone to the trouble to have it replaced but we ended up finding it under a bed. Very clean.

The property was just as described and we enjoyed our stay. Everything you need for cooking is there. It didn’t bother us but you climb several stairs to get to condo. Rapid refund of deposit. Would stay again.

Granby Ranch
The property was really nice. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Everything was clean and well maintained. It would have been nice to have more dressers to put our clothes in and the loft bedroom was really hot and stuffy at night. It's too bad that the window in the loft didn't open! The fans helped a little, but not much. Overall, we would stay there again! The owners were really nice and easy to work with!

This Condo is worth every penny!!!
Our family enjoyed the view in the mornings on the comfy living furniture to drink coffee and plan our day! They have comfortable beds, plush towels, a full kitchen to be able to cook meals and condiments for our sandwich days not to mention the massage chair, which was a big hit with our family! We also loved the Keurig to be able to have coffee anytime we liked as well as an assortment of different teas for breakfast. It’s close to the lodge and the owners were so helpful and willing to answers questions! Our large family enjoyed Christmas supper there and we hope to be able to rent in the future for our next trip to Granby, Colorado! We hope your stay is as wonderful as ours and have nothing but great things to say about the condo and owners!

Enjoyed our stay
Really nice condo and location was wonderful. If you're going in the summer as we did, it can get a little warm w/ no AC and no windows in master bedroom. We couldn't get the Netflix, etc. functions to work on the TV so it was just the channels off the satellite--wasn't a big issue for us but if it is for you, make sure to lock that down. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

great for the family trip
My family of five stayed in July. We all enjoyed the layout and comfort of this rental. very easy to check in and owners were super quick with kind answers. Perfectly stocked to cook and really close to the grocery store. Nice pool steps outside the door. Great distance from RMNP and other nearby attractions. The kiddos esp enjoyed that they could watch chipmunks play and all the wildlife we could see from just the back deck.
