es una buena opción, pero necesitan cuidar la limpieza

la ubicación es muy buena. es fácil de encontrar y entrar. está cerca del centro y hay opciones para comer cerca. esa fue la razón por la que nos quedamos una segunda vez ahí.

yo no sé si no nos dimos cuenta la vez anterior. Pero las instalaciones no están muy bien cuidadas (entre los departamentos, etcétera). Es un poco lúgubre. normalmente no nos molesta, pero habían sábanas sucias y no estaba muy bien hecha la limpieza.

Sehr gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sauber.

Leider sehr hellhörig. Haus wirkt nicht so einladend.

zweckmäßig, aber defekter lärmender Kühlschrank

Alles Nötige vorhanden; angenehmes Bad. Leicht zu erreichen, Saarbahn bis Landwehrplatz, dann Rosenstraße ein gutes Stück in Richtung Saar. Ruhige Strasse. Lustig und oldfashioned: Deckenventilator integriert in LED-Lampe, mit Fernbedienung zu starten

Der Kühlschrank hat erheblichen Lärm gemacht, konnte erst schlafen, nachdem ich ihn ganz ausgestellt habe. Eisfach läßt sich nicht schliessen, deshalb Dauerbetrieb mit entsprechenden Geräuschen. Den sollte man reparieren oder ersetzen, dafür Minuspunkte

This was a conveniently located, reasonably priced, no frills apartment.

The room had everything I needed and was located within walking distance of a square with lots of restaurants and shops, and was less than a 20 minute walk from the train station. The kitchen had everything I needed.

Some of the light switches didn't work, but there were enough that did that it was not a problem.

Pleasant

Met our needs and short notice, late booking. Staff very flexible - allowing for a much later checkout with a small fee. U dergriund parking available for small fee. Also, staff very responsive and quickly sent item left behind.

We didn’t realise that street parking required a special permit - so had to do coordination to arrange parking.

Lage der Anlage gut, Zimmerausstattung ok, Rest sehr problematisch.

Gute Lage in der Nähe zum Zentrum.

Hohe Belastung durch Starkraucher gegenüber. Wohl ein Dauermieter. Durch undichte Tür (Spalt oben und unten) ist der Zigarettengeruch in unser Zimmer gedrungen. Fensterhebel waren kaputt, Fensterisolierung ebenso. Geräusche vom Flur laut zu hören.

Perfekt für eine Nacht oder länger

Perfekt! Ich war zum 2. Mal da und im Gegensatz zu meinem letzten Aufenthalt im Oktober 2023 war es draußen super ruhig. Im Haus selbst ist es auch sehr ruhig. Das Appartement ist einfach, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist super, es gibt alles, was man braucht. Die Kitchenette ist perfekt, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Auf der Matratze habe ich sehr gut gelegen. Auch die Lage ist super. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Innenstadt oder im Nauwieser Viertel, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch nicht weit weg.

Zentrale Lage, ausreichend für eine Nacht

-die Lage -der Code für die Tür und den Schlüssel

-hellhöriges Gebäude -die Reinigungskräfte unterhalten sie unheimlich laut im Gang -die Reinigungskraft kommt 1½ Stunden vor check out in das Zimmer um zu fragen wann wir gehen

Les chiens ne sont pas admis gratuitement contrairement à l'annonce et de plus, le propriétaire nous informe après réservation du supplément et que le chien ne peut être laissé seul la nuit...

Konzertübernachtung

Das Apartment hat eine gute Lage für Veranstaltungen in der Garage. Auch sind ausreichend Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe vorhanden. Einen Parkplatz kann man in der Tiefgarage preisgünstig dazumieten.. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Der Erste Eindruck wenn man reinkommt in das Haus ist eher "wo bin ich hier gelandet".

Top Lage für Konzertbesuch in der Garage

Die Lage ist top. Wir waren bei einem Konzert in der Garage (3min zu Fuß) Es gibt viele Restaurants, Cafés, Kneipen und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Gegend. Die Unterkunft stellt Zahnbürste, Rasierer, Wattepads,... Zur Verfügung. Sehr großzügig.

Die Matratzen sind eher weich. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage wurde im Inserat nicht erwähnt (kostet 8€). Wir haben an der Straße geparkt.

Für den Zweck des Übernachtens völlig in Ordnung, Liftausfall müsste ausdrücklich erwähnt werden.

Größe des Appartments war in Ordnung und hübsch.

Es wurde nicht explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass der Aufzug nicht funktioniert. Mein Freund hat MS, kann zwar laufen, aber es war doch beschwerlich, zumal wir im 4. OG untergebracht wurden.

Zentral, praktisch, günstig.

Zentrale Lage, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit Code und Schliessfach, einfach ausgestattetes Zimmer, aber alles Notwendige vorhanden. Das Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett und noch ein Einzelbett. Das Doppelbett war gut, das Einzelbett haben wir zum Glück nicht gebraucht, da es bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht hat. Das Viertel ist zwar lebhaft, aber das Zimmer war trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Die Gänge in der Gesamtunterkunft sind nicht sehr einladend (unpersönliche Atmosphäre), aber alles ist sauber. Das quietschende Bett hätte sehr gestört, wenn wir es hätten benutzen müssen (siehe "was hat gefallen").

Value for your money

The host is very good and attentive. He helped us to make our stay meaningful and memorable. The apartment was very nice and comfortable too. Superbly clean and well organised. The WiFi connection was great and stable. The amenities were great and the drinks were excellent. Not to mention on the gift provided, appreciated. Highly recommended!

Für eine Nacht war es vollkommen ausreichend, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre ich dort wohl nicht geblieben.

Die Lage war gut, nahe an der Innenstadt Self check-in und check-out

Das Gebäude und auch der Flur ist etwas herunter gekommen. Das apartment an sich sah ganz nett aus aber super sauber ist es nicht gewesen. Aber es war okay für eine Nacht. Der Flur hallt sehr, jede Bewegung im Flur hört man im Apartment und wäre ich alleine im Apartment gewesen hätte ich bei dem Knallen der Türen wohl echt angst gekriegt, dass mich gleich jemand holen kommt

Immer wieder gerne!

Hab zum 2. Mal übernachtet und es war diesmal sogar noch besser. Alles da, was man braucht, sauber und bequem. Das Bad schon älter, aber in gutem Zustand und mit Toilettenartikeln für den Notfall. Küchenzeile zugegeben winzig, erfüllt aber ihren Zweck. Personal ist nicht vor Ort, hat aber jeweils in kürzester Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich auf Textnachrichten reagiert (ich wollte mir die Kosten für den Parkplatz erstatten lassen, weil ich entgegen ursprünglicher Planungen mit der Bahn anreiste - hat ohne Theater geklappt). Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist super!

Just fine and not the good.

It was on good location. The room was bit small. The cleaning was not upto the lavel. The kitchen was missing the dish wash soap. Over all in this price it was just for one night stay.

If I will stay again here? NO. The parking was biggest mess it was not told there was double parking. The parking cause problems. The cleaning was not very good. The location was fine. The entrance was not very clear.

Comfortable for a stopover

Clear instructions for entering, and very fast response from the host. We were slow in realizing we needed a garage for the car and the host solved my request superfast. Very comfortable to park the car in the same building, especially as we had so much luggage with us. Many restaurants and a supermarket close by. Centric location, perfect for a stopover. Really appreciated we could take the dog.

The room is relatively small for 4 persons, but that was no problem as we arrived late, went out to dinner nearby, walked around and then slept. Perfect stopover to charge the batteries!

Great location for us as we were going to a gig at The Garage which was just round the corner. Lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and the studio was clean and well equipped. Would stay again!

Bed a little small and against the wall but apart from that everything excellent!
