Great location
Photos were a bit exaggerated.

Location was fantastic, Bahia Ingelsa is a cute little town. Also loved the decor, they'd made an effort to make everything nice and had an art deco feel. The breakfast was great too.
Just so you know, the restaurant is actually only open on the weekends. But there are great restaurants in town, so it didn't matter too much.

Instalaciones bien antiguas, necesitan renovar

Good location and views. Friendly staff.
Needs an upgrade in areas. A bit expensive for what you get. ($115 USD for two loads of laundry?! Come on.).

Well located next to the beach and friendly service and parking.
Seriously ran-down and poor breakfast. Closeness to “center” equal noise at night.

Good location right in the centre and near the beach. We appreciated the staff who were very helpful and that the hotel provides beach umbrellas. Room size is excellent and nice balconies with ocean views.
Very small and out dated rooms. No space in bathroom for any toiletries and 2/3 rooms did not have a fridge. Beds are NOT comfortable with old mattresses. The room safe was not working in 2/3 rooms and they were unable to fix them.
The ocean water at the beach is so cold that you can't swim even in the middle of summer.

Location, very central. Pool area and bar/dining room very pleasant.
Extremely noisy. Something banging in the wind above/outside our room. Other guests noisy made worse by a very echo building.
7.0 / 10.0
Very good staff, always willing to help. The style of the hotel, regarding looks is interesting (however it seems more focused on "spring brake" kind of target customers than family) but maybe I am not the target customer
Rooms are not very comfortable. Everything seems like and after thought. Isolation for noise and temperature are not present. Considering market prices, this hotel price for rooms is expensive while not providing the same level of comfort for the money

The hotel was rundown. Had mold
In the bathrooms, no internet and everything was dirty. Highly overpriced for a slummy experience
Everything. A working pool, internet, lack of bad smells, no mold and holes in the wall.

Beautiful view, and very nice and comfortable stay. We loved it
One night people below us were out drinking on the balcony and very loud. We tried calling the reception but couldn’t reach anyone.
Also the boiled eggs and fruit were wrapped in plastic at breakfast. I understand it’s because of corona but still: what a waste :(

Location and staff great room was spacious and light
The WiFi was awful, the breakfast very basic a little over priced
