It was in the center of the old city.
Although the location was nice and the apartment looked fine on the first sight, the AC wasn’t working so it was almost as hot inside as outside. During our two night stay this wasn’t fixed, even after mentioning it to our host. Also the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was sand everywhere and the glases were not cleaned thoroughly. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Too much money for what you get in return!

The room was adorable, centrally located. The shower and ac were amazing. Also the owners were easy to communicate with and went out of their way to try to get me into the room as early as possible. After I left, I had left something in the room and they were very easy to contact and to arrange to get my list item back.
The only slight downside was that you could hear the other people as they came in. Other than that it was silent!

Great location!
A bit noisy early in the morning

Location was ideal, right in the centre of old town. The communication from the property manaagment was great, they had passed on all the information needed before we arrived to Dubrovnik through whatsApp. The property itself had everything we needed.
Noise levels are high in the morning. There was construction on the streets starting daily around 6am.

The location was perfect! Situated exactly in the center of Dubrovnik's old town, everything is within walking distance.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Actually, there are no staff in the property, you collect the keys from another building nearby, but at least they tried to make things easy, they texted me the day before to anticipate my arrival and were happy to give me information about the city.
Overall it was a positive experience.
It's budget accommodation in a building that was not meant to be a hotel, so don't expect much in terms of facilities.
My room was on the third floor and there is no elevator so I had to take the stairs every time. I didn't mind, but it certainly won't work for older people or people with reduced mobility.

The apartment was perfectly located off the Stradun in the heart of old town which is the main shopping and restaurant area. Easy access to all the Old Town has to offer!

location perfect.
sweet room.
toaster would have been good and cutlery.
small bathroom- more room would have been nicer.

Apartment is centrally located and has air conditioning. Staff were available via WhatsApp in case I had questions, and were friendly.

Location. It was right on the main street in Old town Dubrovnik. Could go around the place late in the night and early morning before the crowds come in. . It is on the street level , so there are no extra steps other than the ones to reach the old Town. There was even a small convenience store and ATM just across the property. All the restaurants are just around it. Breakfast is no issue too. The restaurants around serve breakfast and there is Coffee shop close to it too.
Can't think of any. It's exactly how they describe. Maybe it's a bit too small for a couple and a bit noisy since it's right on the main street.

location is excellent, highly recommended if you are looking for accommodations in Dubrovnik old town

Lumin Guest House is well located with all the facilities you need for a short stay. The staff communicated very well!
It would sometimes be a bit noisy at night but once you shut the windows, it blocks out most of it. So in Summer, you’ll most likely need to sleep with the air con on (which works a treat)!

This guesthouse is located right in the center of Old Town Dubrovnik, overlooking the main esplanade, Stradun Street. Being in the center, that means you can get up really early in the morning, walk around, & explore all the sights of the old town before the crowd arrives. Also, there is easy access to restaurants, cafes, shops, & everything else you need from here. Because this is a room in the old town, the buildings are pretty much left unchanged, so that means going up steep, narrow, staircases to get up to the 4th floor, which is the room where I stayed. It's part of the charm of staying in the old town. Even though my room was quite small, it was surprisingly comfortable, even the bed.
Unfortunately, being in the center of the old town came with a lot of noise. Just downstairs are several restaurants & bars, which stay open late, and a pub that is open until 2am. Then at 6am every morning, you'll hear the trucks that clean up the old town, as well as several delivery vehicles. It's something you have to get used to for a few nights in exchange for having the perfect location in the old town. Other than this, I really liked my stay here overall.

Very central location to visit all hotspots in Dubrovnik. Very well organized hosting and clear indications to reach the apartment. The room is totally soundproof as the surroundings could be very agitated by nightlife.
The bed could be more comfortable.

Staff super kind and helpful. Location is perfect for a short stay. Apt provided with basic kitchen stuff enough for a quick meal and breakfast.
Apt small size, just basic.

The location is perfect! The room was spacious and staff were nice

There were 52 steps to climb to the top, but the agent was most helpful and ran upstairs with my 20-kg luggage. A positive start.
It was the first time that I stayed in a flat that overlooked a street that was constantly filmed and shown live on the TV. The location was perfect, as it enabled easy access to the port in the Old Town and its main sights too.
The agency was only a few steps away and the agents were available throughout my stay to answer any questions.
There is an Irish Pub on the corner, which entertained some wild guests until late the first night. The back street can be much noisier than the main one - not a problem at all, if boozing is on your agenda too.
As for the inside, there was a huge lump of ice built up in the mini fridge, which led to the motor and therefore the top of the fridge heating up too. FYI the Grenfell disaster started with a faulty fridge; I barely slept the second night as I contemplated my escape from the 4th floor through the windows and across the rooftops...

amazing location
shower could be better

The location is amazing! Absolutely brilliant spot.
The rooms are really, really tiny. We booked a twin single and arrived to find the two beds together rather than split apart (made up separately), which led to some poor nights sleep.

.The staff at reception were very warm and welcoming. The instructions provided were very clear to follow.

great little mouse hole of a room. fridge, nice shower, single bed, right in the throng of old town, air conditioning unit was a life saver
was a little noisy but to be honest when you’re staying on the busiest street in the tourist hub of Dubrovnik it’s to be expected

We loved everything! Easy to locate, beautiful touches, and super comfortable beds.
I liked it all!!

Great location. It had all the facilities needed for a short-to-medium stay. The hosts were also very helpful, providing useful information about the city, as well as allowing us to store luggage with them after check-out.
The shower head has no way of attaching to the wall, so we had to hold it causing a slight inconvenience. Also the staircase leading up to the building was quite steep and narrow so carrying heavy bags to our top apartment was a quite challenging.
4.2
Excellent view of the stradun, good airconditioning and nice bathroom
No floor cleaning for a whole week and no option to change towels for a whole week? You should offer it at least once.

location just perfect, right in the middle of the main road. I was afraid of the noise from the window but when it’s closed- nothing to worry about it. Very cute room, bed is very comfortable, air condition works just perfect! Highly recommend!!!

Location, safety, clean and staff was helpful.
