Overall very nice stay. We were on the top floor of a 3 story 3 unit building. Views of Saratoga lake were the best. Top floor balcony was a bit small for 6 adults. Second floor balcony is the better choice if you have 4+ person group and like to sit out. Bring bug spray. Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was clean and the interior was roomy. We stayed during a hot spell and while the induvial bedroom floor units cooled the space they were very noisy and had to be shut during the night. Bathtub also has some fiberglass creaking which should be checked out as well as laundry room trap which leaves an odor. Kitchen was well stocked with most all you might need. BBQ was a nice touch if you like to grille. The one disappointment was the lake water was full of sea and swamp weed and unless (as we did) you rent a pontoon and go out to the middle of the lake its almost impossible to go in the water. Obviously this has nothing to do with the host Nick. Close proximity to Doc Browns 5 minute car ride, and about 20 minute car ride to downtown Saratoga and track. Parking is down 6th street (half a block away) but was never an issue. Surroundings are quiet but if all 3 units are occupied by unrelated groups it can get a bit weird. Nick was responsive as a host which was very much appreciated.
Overall nice stay but maybe not for our group.

Property was as described, on the lake, great views, we rented 3rd floor. House is fully furnished, kitchen is fully equipped, linens and towels provided. Owner quickly responded to any questions, owners provided a lot of information on the area, things to do, restaurants etc.
Our group was a bunch of guys going to the track, short ride (8 miles) from the house.

We rented the first and third floor for our family of 8. Plenty of room! And both units were up to date, clean, and complete. The views were spectacular, especially from the third floor. The owners were so accommodating, helping us make the weekend so special for the family. We would def recommend! Only negative was the bugs at night-but you have to expect that when renting anything on water.

We had a great weekend at this charming lakeside beauty! We had live music, drinks and dinner at Carson’s Friday night. Had a great time exploring the comprehensive trail system in Malta on Saturday. Great spot on the lake

We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable for 6 adults, with gorgeous views overlooking the lake.
Plenty of space for all of us. It is on the third floor, which I didn't catch when I booked it but that ended up being fine.
We thoroughly enjoyed our coffee and breakfast while looking at scenic Saratoga Lake!!
Location was a short drive to downtown Saratoga and SPAC and walking distance to a few places to enjoy a drink and bite to eat.
I would recommend this for a quick get away!

We had such a memorable stay at this beautiful condominium where literally you are a few steps to the water and a long dock for walking out and enjoying the sunrise/sunset or doing some fishing. The condominium was so clean, charming and comfortable with plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed our coffee, breakfast, happy hour and dinner while looking at scenic Saratoga Lake!!
In addition, location is key and we were able to visit many of our favorite areas as it is close to downtown Saratoga, Lake George and some amazing restaurants within a mile or two.
Nick and Lynn were more than accommodating with an early check-in and last minute texts for ideas on restaurants as we decided to get takeout Saturday night and just enjoy catching the Preakness in the comfort of our condo and relaxing after a fun day out. Prior to even arriving, we were sent a list of restaurants close by and so many different ideas of things to do locally which was extremely helpful.
If you are looking for everything just described this is definitely a five-star worth looking into.

We have stayed at the same location several times which accommodates our large family. When it was just my husband and I we stayed at their smaller location downstairs which was also perfect. We will continue renting from the owners as they are very accomodating and a pleasure to work with. Deb & Jim

This is the 3rd time staying at this property and we love it. Our goal is stay at all of the owners properties as they are wonderful to deal with. The location, the view, the amenities and working with the owners has been the best experience! We are forever grateful!

This is a great rental property with very accommodating owners. The views of the lake were amazing and we loved that it was so centrally located. We did have our 8 month old with us but I wouldn’t really recommend this for families with very young children.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was great to be right on the lake and enjoy the view at all times! It is well maintained and clean.
There are 2 living spaces (one next to the dining table and one in the loft area). The living space isn’t quite big enough for the amount of people but it sufficed.
The area where the condo is appeared more run down but we didn’t have any issues.
Honestly, the rules and warnings sent mere days before arrival are extremely intimidating! We were concerned that we were going to inadvertently or unknowingly break one of their many rules and get fined. It was quite unwelcoming to see all of that and caused anxiety leading up to our stay.
One rule is to only park in the spot for the condo right outside the property however when we arrived to unload another vehicle was idling there that didn’t seem to be guests of the condo.
We asked prior to our stay to have additional parking and the owners accommodated. The additional parking is at a large lot for an out of business restaurant and there was an abundance of parking the entire time we were there. We definitely questioned the harshness of the owner’s rules.
Perhaps the owners have had a lot of guests cause issues but for people who are respectful likes ourselves it was overly intimidating.

My family and I stayed for 5 days while visiting our extended family over holiday break. The lodging was perfect for our family - it was clean, comfortable and had a gorgeous view of the Lake. Our kids loved the lofted area with a comfy area for watching movies and lounging around. The location was very central to a lot of attractions. The owners were fantastic and responded to all of my questions within hours. We would love to stay at this property again!

Another truly stellar stay at Nick and Lynn’s lake house. I have stayed on the first floor several times and have always had every need met. This time I rented the third floor and was as impressed with the living spaces. There is everything you could possibly need or want. The views of the lake are breathtaking. While I am there I am planning for my next visit. Thank you again for sharing this amazing lakefront home with us.

Perfect Girls Weekend!
We had such a great quick getaway at this property. The view was gorgeous and there was plenty of room for 8 adults. Check in was so easy and it’s really convenient to get to downtown Saratoga. We had our best night at the lake though - dinner at Docks and then karaoke at Nostalgia. So. Much. Fun. Highly recommend this condo. Thank you!

We rented both the 2nd and 3rd floors for a group of 8. It was the perfect amount of space for our group. The house is right on the lake and provides a great view. There was plenty of space for us to relax both inside and outside. Nick and Lynn (the property owners) were incredibly nice and easy to work with and responsive to any of our questions. Great location and place!
We stayed on the 3rd floor of this house and thought it was fantastic! Amazing view as it was right on the lake, very roomy, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen came with everything, felt like it was our house (tons of towels, washer/dryer, etc.), etc. Hosts were attentive, very responsive and extremely helpful - and even left us a bottle of wine. As far as the parking, wondered how it would be based on other reviews, but wasn't an issue at all - we had one car and were told to park inches from the front door (literally). Will absolutely book again, loved it! Thanks so much Nick and Lynn!
