I liked the patio on the second floor with views of the sea. The location is in town near lots of restaurants.

Very nice rooms
Everything was great

Very clean, good AC, nice shower with soap and a bit of shampoo provided, great location (close to the bus station, restaurants, corner stores, the sea, and pretty much everything). If you get to meet the owner, you can also expect a great chat!
Overall very pleased, but would have been even better with a bit of breakfast (the café nearby was closed).

10 min walk From ferry terminal
Seems central
Wifi up and down
Gates locked at 10pm
No access
Staff member was quick to respond after a knock.
Receptionist could be a bit more polite.

The security was nice. They have a gate that closes around 9pm so no one can just wander in. The room was small, but that was fine! We didn't spend that much time in it. It was clean, replenished when we needed it and the AC was lovely. The owner was wonderful and very helpful. Staff were polite and respectful.
That we didn't get to stay longer. Going home was a chore. We did have issues with the TV in the room, it was changed out 3 times, but we didn't really go there to just watch the TV, so it wasn't a problem for us.

The costumer service wasn't the best. I guess the owner needs to practice on a fake smile, at least.

The owner, Charlie and staff were great and very helpful. They seem to always be making improvements and updates.
The room was quite small and the property was without a pool. They were taking walk-ins for 1/2 what I paid for the smallest room on booking.com, which really annoyed me.

Comfortable, close to town and the sea.

Staff didn't seem to interested in their work, sat outside my room listening to his telephone, while i was trying to rest,

staff, location and cleanliness all excellent.
Room was on the small side but still comfortable.

The room was nice and big and had everything we needed. Had a great view of the thunderstorm. Close to the Centre but not too close lol.
We were on the top floor a bit hard with heavy backpacks but I am sure that if we had said something, it could have been resolved, so not really a problem.

Great walking distance to the bus station and to the pier, very friendly charismatic owner, “deep” clean room ;) and it was very quite during the night. Good wifi and right next to the building is a small supermarket.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Central location.

Staff were friendly and offered tips/advice. Like most travellers who stop here, it’s in a good location for the early morning ferry to San José (show up an hour early to get tickets)
Despite being the cheapest ‘Gold Standard Approved’ accommodation, it’s still overly priced for what it was. I suspect once Belize remove the requirements the hotel prices will come down and an alternative will be better.

Very clean. Owner is friendly and helpful. Good location. Great stop If crossing the border from Mexico and waiting for the water taxi to sand Pedro.
