Wonderful stay, clean and beautifully presented and gorgeous views. Amazing hosts!!

Arshad met us at the car and helped with our bags, very kind and welcoming! Showed us around and we asked for local recommendations which he gave us. Brilliant! Well presented, exceptionally clean, amazing facilities including dishwasher and tea/coffee plus milk and even some biscuits! Such a kind thought which we really appreciated.

The apartment was wonderful, and I couldn't recommend it enough!!! Personally we would have liked a bigger / comfier sofa in the living room, and perhaps a larger TV. But that's because we didn't have great weather so when staying in would have been good.

Delightful few days by the sea with great views and comfortable accomodation

The apartment was self-catering, so I provided my own excellent breakfast As stated, my room was a very good size, and I liked the general decor and specific decorative touches. The view from the lounge is terrific

The ONLY negative issue was the car parking. It wasn't clear to me that parking is not possible immediately outside the building , and other spaces filled up easily. Also, the very good motion sensor light kicked in a little slowly as I climbed the stairs . However, I have no need to ve negative about anything. It was a lovely stay.

It was lovely to be welcomed by Arshad who took our suitcases and told us all we needed to know. Such a perfect location, quiet but near facilities. Stunning views

The Owners were onsite and helpful.

We had to ask for the heating to be switched on. It was a chilly period anyway, and we understood the current worries about energy costs, but to ask about for the heating to be switched on for longer than 1 hour was a bit strange considering what had been paid for the stay.

A very well located, spacious and well equipped apartment for a family of 3 or 4.

very well located, spacious and well equipped apartment. Plenty of room to relax with stunning views of Minehead bay and North Hill. The curb natures and fittings are of a good standard with comfortable beds and sofas. Arshad greeted us on arrival and was available for any questions throughout our stay.

Only minor issue is the low water pressure in the showers, however we are aware of the water shortage issues in the region and this would certainly not prevent us staying again in the future.

Fabulous!

Ashrad was very welcoming! the Penthouse Suite was big spotlessly clean, welcoming & beds were so comfortable! you just walked in & every thing you needed was there from towels to a salt cellar!! nothing was required it was just take the food you wanted make/eat during your stay. loved it!

a lovely room with everything you need, breakfast was lovely even more so that you could enjoy it from the comfort of your room. the location is brilliant only being 30seconds from the beach. overall me and my friend had a great time.

Wonderful

The balcony was superb, the decor in the rooms excellent and everything you could need was provided. This was the best self catering apartment we have stayed in in the uk or overseas. Our hosts Ashad and Stephanie were so helpful and we cannot rate the accommodation any higher. If travelling in this area again we would definitely stay here.
