My stay was good and comfortable.

Clean and beautiful surroundings, easy access to supermarket and beach, quiet and private, good parking.

Most important- the conservative news channels such as FOX, Newsmax and OAN was not available. This impacted my leisure stay and satisfaction. I saw this as bias.

Safe, convenient, clean and hot!

The location was right across the road from a Pharmacy, supermarket and food hall. The main beautiful beach was also across the road. Also the bus stops were right on our doorstep, which made things super easy for my group to get in and out of town. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and was always on hand to help with anything. Considering the location of the property which is on the high end side of Grande Anse, the price of our stay was very very cheap considering. The wifi was really good and never went out, and the aircon was always working for us, plus they also had the ceiling fans to use when no air con was needed.

I honestly could not fault this property at all.

A very pleasant stay with helpful and courteous staff, in an ideal location to access all facilities

Staff were, on the whole, very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful in many ways; one or two other staff members could benefit from customer service training. A number of items needed attention (e.g. no towel handrail in the bathroom, a wardrobe door off the rail and a TV which was not a smart TV and therefore could not receive online programmes). All of these items were rectified promptly and efficiently; thank you to the manager and staff members concerned.

Laundry facilities were advertised as 24-hours and machines operated by tokens which could be purchased from the office or from any of the housekeeping staff. However, tokens were not available outside office hours (after 5:00pm weekdays and all weekend) or when the housekeeping store was closed. It was therefore not possible to use the laundry facilities outside normal working hours (which would have been preferable to ease the pressure on staff who used the same machines for the apartments' laundry). The living room area would benefit from a small coffee or side table as there is nowhere to rest your cup, glass or any other object whilst you're watching TV or simply relaxing.

Relaxing & Convenient Stay

The apartment was spacious and had good facilities. Also, it's really close to Gran Anse beach with a vegan restaurant next door and a small shopping complex nearby.

The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Overall comfortable; area was quiet, near to stores and beach.

Location; size of kitchen;

No one answered the phone whenever a call was made. Bathroom shower and toilet area too small. Mattress not comfortable.

the location was good , parking accessible and the staff hospitality was great

the apartment needs an upgrade, example the furniture , the walls can do with a paint touch up paint inside, the mosquitoes was annoying, other wise everything was good, however, I will recommend others to the apartments. generally i enjoyed my stay, i want to thank the staff for their hospitality, and look forward in seeing you in the near future.

It good but it could have been better

Location. The rasta guy was very supportive and helped alot.

The supervisor was very discoutious to my compliant. There is a gas leak in the apartment.

Overall very comfortable and enjoyable; staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and polite

comfortable, easy access to beach, shopping, and dining

Overall bathroom was sanitary and met our needs; but it was a bit small and needed some work (e.g., moldy ring around toilet base need stripping and re-caulking; hardwater stain rings inside toilet bowl needs a good scrubbing; other than those issues, the bathroom was fine.

the accommodation was on the third floor up a spiral staircase. not the easiest to manage, even for an able bodied person.

Lovely accommodation and staff

The apartment itself - iron and board, kettle, etc... It's only a 13mins walk to the beach and some lovely places to eat and drink. Jason, the office manager was really accommodating on our checkout day and the cleaner was lovely too. :-)

2 of the bath towels had previous guests hairs, and marks on them, so didn't trust that any of them were clean :-/

Excellent for a long stay.

Fantastic location, close to banks, supermarkets, restaurants and a busy bus route. The apartment was very clean and had everything one would need for their stay. There was even a large bottle of water in the refrigerator which was so thoughtful of the hosts.

Superb

The location was great. Very central to the store and the beach. Everyone there was very nice! For the price and value we will definitely be returning!

Only two things come to mind....there was only one small blanket in the room (needs a few extra as sheets and cover are thin) and the main queen mattress was very very Firm. Small issues to us, nothing major!
