Great location, and the owner, Jamie, is a perfect host. The food is top-notch, some of the best I had on the island. Everything is homemade, which really makes a difference. The prices are also very reasonable. Cheers Jamie

Room: doesnt have so many things like TV, bath tub ..., in exchange you will fully concenstrate on the stay and the asmostphere. This kind of room helps you "feel" more enjoyment, like "thow redundant things, so you have more "room" for the needed things". I have practiced Minimalism for 4 years and this room matches it criterias.
Service/food: good, cant complain. The food was really good actually. The resort will change the menu next 8-May, more good dishes to come.
Staff: If you re lucky, there are coconuts on the tree and you can tell Jamie the owner that "coconuts are fresh, so good" (kind of hahaha). He will let you cut it down for free - if you can. =]]] the other people like Cherry and chef, cleaner are so friendly. Need anything? Just ask them.
View: well, you have your own beach.

What to say about our stay at the Kiki Coconut Beach Resort? It was a fantastic stay, and all the positive reviews are accurate.
It is a very simple place in the lovely part of the island. No drunk tourist and loud music... just sound of waves, birds, and geicos...
The bungalow is on a beach, plenty of hammocks, sunbeds, chairs... The sea is warm and shallow. Sometimes it feels like you are in the bathtub which actually I like. The water is clear and a little private beach is clean.
Before our arrival, Jamie (the owner) arranged the car to pickup us from the airport, helped to rent a motorbike, and even got two local SIM cards for us. And during our stay he helped a lot with other stuff we need for our comfortable stay.
Since the breakfast was included in our stay, I was worried if the resort can provide a vegan food for us. Luckily, the vegan menu was developed and we can't be more happy with the fresh vegan food that was cooked specifically for us.
If you value a quiet gateway and living in the family-like run place, then you will be happy at the Kiki Coconut Beach Resort.
Highly recommend!

Very cosy resort with only three bungalows. The owner was very helpful, and his dogs are georgeus. Great european dishes, good for a change after a few weeks in Vietnam. It is worth renting a scooter to explore the best beaches of the island.

We loved our stay at Kiki Coconut beach resort. It was a really lovely, intimate little resort that had a wonderfully chilled vibe about the place.
Jamie the owner was such a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make us welcome. He even sent some staff to the pharmacy for us when my wife had ran out of medication.
Can't recommend this place highly enough

What an amazing place! I would definitely recommend staying here, the East Coast of the island is far superior. This place is a gem with a wonderfully host, delicious food and friendly atmosphere every evening. Definitely have a fish barbeque.

Great chilled 2 night break on the east side of the island. Welcomed (and looked after) by Jamie. Fab breakfast, food and beer! The homemade chips are worth the visit alone! Thanks Jamie and Team 😊

Amazing place to stay. Staff attentive and friendly- jamie and cherry are great hosts. Rooms far bigger than similar beach resorts have stayed in before. Breakfast great. Food menu more affordable and far better than other places on the island we went to, and great to have onsite bar! Having gone around the island on a motorbike (hired from resort), we quickly came to the conclusion we made the right choice staying here rather than the other beaches/resorts on the island.

Kiki Coconut is on the quiet (for now) side of the island, blessed with its own small beach. It felt private and all the guests are treated like family. Jamie is a kind and generous host, and the bar and restaurant have high quality drinks and food at reasonable prices. The bungalows are well equipped and comfortable. It never felt busy and we spent a lot of time chilling in the hammocks on the beach. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway at great value for money we can highly recommend Kiki Coconut, you won't regret it. We had such a memorable Christmas here and would love to return in the future. Thank you to Jamie, Cherry and the team for a great stay.

Jamie and Cherry and Rose are incredibly nice, caring, fun and relaxed hosts. My wife was suffering from morning sickness at the time and could hardly eat and they always did extra shopping for her and prepared food according to her special requests, for which she was immensely grateful!
The resort itself is also a paradise!!! Due to the fact that there are only three bungalows, it is an intimate and considerate togetherness, within 20m of the bed you are in the shallow sloping sea or at the bar. Jamie further showed me a small coral reef where there is also a sunken fishing boat. The whole thing is right in front of the private beach - hard to believe! On the beach you could either chill on one of the wooden loungers, lie in the hammocks under palm trees, do stand up paddling, play badminton on the beach or just hang out at the bar. One evening there was even a beach cinema.
All our lives we have dreamed of staying in an accommodation like this and here the dream came true. Jamie and Cherry are two very nice people who gave us a perfect and unforgettable vacation experience!

Nice location, bungalow on private beach, lots of privacy. I needed to relax a bit, so it was perfect from this point of view. They serve food too, so no need to leave the complex.
The dogs were an issue for me, always begging for food when I was eating and jumping on me in the hammock.

The place was amazing, very peaceful and quiet. Jamie was a great host and I loved his dogs.
There are only 4 bungalows, so you have privacy. Rooms are right on the beach overlooking the sea.
It is a great place to relax and would return back to this place! :)
The sea at the resort was a bit dirty and shallow.

Located on the quiet side of the island. There’re only 3 bungalows, so the place is never crowded. Every item on the food & drink menus is always available. BBQ every Sunday and movie night by the beach on Tues.
We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t feel the need to leave the resort for anything. Jamie and his team are amazing and helped us out with everything from a very comfortable and reliable airport transfer to laundry service. bonus, Kiki’s dogs are the friendliest and happiest we’ve seen in Vietnam.
If you are looking for a quiet getaway then Kiki’s the place to go to.
Nothing, we wish we stayed longer :)

I loved everything about this place. The owner/manager Jamie couldn’t do enough for us - he’s an exceptionally good host. The place itself is extremely nice. Very laid back ambiance, cute dogs playing everywhere, excellent food and drinks, a bucket full of sports equipment to use at your leisure. Kiki coconuts has it all!
Nothing. Ridiculous question.

Kiki Coconut Beach Resort is an amazing place to stay away from tourists. The location couldn't be better. It's not far from the airport, but it belongs to an area called Ham Ninh, where the fishermen live. That's why it's easy to find seafood at good price, but also enjoy the local life (we even had dinner with some fishermen that were going back from their journey in the sea). George and Kiki, the hosts, are a fantastic couple with lot of traveling experiences. They were really nice from the beginning. We had long conversations and they gave us a lot of tips that helped us to discover the best parts of the island of Phu Quoc. We can't be more grateful to them. The room, as you can see in the pictures, is fantastic. In the morning, you can just open the door and see the sunrise, without moving from bed. Super romantic for couples, as you can imagine. If you come here, just make sure you can spend more than a weekend, because we could only be there for two days and I felt very very sad to leave. But we will go back ASAP!

A lovely place if you want to relax and unwind! Location is right on the beach, was great to wake up and walk out on the sand, hammocks to chill. The property only has 4 bungalows so its super chilled. But the best of all - Kiki & George! Kiki’s positive and caring nature is truly heart warming, and George has good stories to tell about all his travels around the world. Thank you for taking such good care of us Kiki. Much love to you
