Poderia ser melhor

Garagem espaçosa; localização.

- Chuveiro com pouco volume de água; - Toalhas muito desgastadas, quase transparentes; - Amenidades do banheiro não compatível com o nível do hotel e a tarifa cobrada; - Café da manhã pobre comparado com outros hotéis de BH com o mesmo nível de classificação.

Spacious modern apartment but poor quality breakfast

Spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment. It has many amenities next to the hotel.

We had to change rooms due to the air conditioner generator being located inside the bedroom windows which was loud and affected the view when curtains opened. The breakfast seems to have variety but is of poor quality. There’s nothing home made in the breakfast like bread or cakes. No tapiocas which are lovely pancakes from Brazil. Verde-mar, a supermarket next door has a lovely bakery and I would suggest to the hotel management checking out their products for something better quality if they are not making their breakfast themselves.

Péssima, colocar cliente no ap. sem limpar não é aceitável. Esta faltando gerência no Flat.

Atendimento da portaria e garagens são ótimos, café da manhã excelente.

Tenho empresa em BH e sempre me hospedo no Ville Celestine, infelizmente e para nossa surpresa desta vez me deram um apto. que não tinha sido limpo, toalhas sujas e usadas pelo hóspede anterior, banheiros fedendo a mijo, reclamei na portaria e queria me trocar de apto. eu não aceitei já era 17h e eu tinha compromisso às 19h, quando voltei tinham limpado o apto. Fiquei 3 dias, todos dias precisei pedir papel higiênico, e também tive que pedir para não colocarem toalhas manchadas e muito encardidas. Tem uma cozinha de ótimo tamanho, mas não deixam utensílios básico, só tinha um copo na cozinha.

Excelente custo benefício. Voltaria mais vezes.

Os quartos são bastante espaçosos e acolhe bem uma família de 3 pessoas. Estava tudo extremamente limpo e os funcionários são bem simpáticos e prestativos.

Não é uma crítica, porque a estadia no hotel foi muito boa e proveitosa, mas apenas alguns pontos que podem ser melhorados: a academia é pequena e estava bastante movimentada, tendo em vista que existem muitas pessoas que moram no hotel; e o café da manhã que não tem muitas opções.

Comfortable and large room, friendly staff, terrible wi-fi

Breakfast is good, staff is friendly, great location, huge room.

Wi-fi didn't work in my room. The signal from the router was too weak. This severely hindered my ability to work from the hotel. My towels were never changed in 3 nights.

In desperate need of renovation

The location and staff are good. The size of the apartment is satisfactory.

The general state of the hotel is deplorable. I stayed there last year, but currently, the situation has gotten a lot worse. Since I arrived, I noticed that my simple request for the beds in the 2nd bedroom to be joined together into a double bed had not been observed. When I tried to take a shower, after more than 10 minutes waiting for the water to heat up, according to the instructions of the faucet, a maintenance person came and realized that the register had been installed backwards ; the doors creak, to the point that we had to buy lubricating oil in the market to stop the noise; the sheets were stained with something that resembled to be blood, and when we asked to have them changed, they informed us that there was no maid at that time, the doorframes were falling apart, there were many points of water leaks in all the apartments that we visited and to top it all off, the closet door practically fell on top of me, coming off in my hand. A total disregard in general maintenance. We changed apartments 3 times, until we found a habitable one, and before that, of them had a nearby apartment with a non stop barking dog at 10:30pm. Such a shame because it used to be a good place to stay.

Excellent value

Enormous, modern apartment with everything you need - even a washer/dryer machine. Amazing location in one of the most beautiful areas of the city. Two supermarkets, two pharmacies, many restaurants and within 1 block distance and many more shops (tailors or costureiras etc.) and restaurants a few blocks away. Smartfit gym next door. The hotel gym is pretty decent too, but could use some bigger free weights/ dumbbells. Rooftop pool and sauna are great with amazing views!

The wifi was a pretty slow and struggled for my work video calls. The air conditioner units just outside the bedroom window were noisy. If these two things were fixed it would get a 10/10 rating.

We loved the place and lication

This cleaning girl we had was very Animous towards us was the only problem we had On our arrival we created a lot of trash and left it outside of room she asked us to move it to the stairway We did but after that she never really liked us anymore and we continued to put all our trash in stairway daily for her Kind of a heavy girl

It served my needs comfortably. In case of a short stay or if you don‘t need the kitchen facilities it is perfect.
