Arp Dalyan ТЫ ЛУЧШИЙ!!!

Понравилось буквально ВСЁЁЁЁ!!!! Завтрак это вообще - церемония! Супер персонал! Супер отель! Супер владельцы!!!! Супер комната!!!! Супер расположение! Но, дело в том что, я и моя семья чувствовала себя так как будто это наша собственная дача у реки, не было ни малейшего напряга, я действительно был расслабленным. И все постояльцы были такими (без всякого выпендрежа) потому что, человек дома у себя совсем другой ибо он чувствует себя в своей крепости. Этот отель смог придать нам это чувство. Они сумели создать эту атмосферу. Спасибо! Напротив отеля, по ту сторону реки - гробницы (как и у египтян, по ту сторону Нила), ты сидишь и смотришь на них...река - движение...по эту сторону жизнь....задумываешься о жизни, особенно если ты в отпуске...когда ты не запряжен как вол. Ты понимаешь еще сильнее что, мы временные гости на этой планете, вкусите момент каждого вашего дыхания.

Еслиб знал что, в Дальяне и в этом отеле мне так понравится - я бы остался бы намного больше!

Comfy patch

Dalyan is a beautiful off the beaten track town. We loved the ferry ride and hike to the ruins en the evening walking the streets. Arp is very central yet quiet.

Stress free, laid back, enjoyable

Stunning in person, staff friendly, the breakfast and view is phenomenal. Staff was helpful when it came to helping us with our plans. The room was clean and tidy and as described. They gave us fresh towels everyday and a bottle of water. Boats can come right up to the cafe to take you on your tour! On the quieter side of dalyan so not too hectic/loud. The cafe’s / restaurants and shops are less than 10 min walk away! It was he perfect location for us. Would recommend if you’re not looking to party but to relax and unwind. Felt like a hidden gem. As someone who stays in 5 star / luxury hotels regularly, this boutique hotel is severely underrated, and deserves more recognition.

We somehow ended getting a cold from the ac :( Didn’t know that the hotel didn’t serve lunch or dinner but not an issue since restaurants are literally a minute walk away.

Exceptional

Loved it. Beautiful property in a magical location right on the river across from the rock-cut tombs. Huge, very comfortable room, great pool and wonderful service. The owners and their team were lovely. The location is green and very quiet but just a short walk away from town, restaurants, nightlife. Lovely breakfast on the waterfront terrace by the river, plus free parking right outside. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location, good facilities

Wonderful location (along the river). Great breakfast with lots of options. Pool area really adds to the charm of the accommodation. Fridge in the room is handy. Facility to make tea in the room. Room cleaned every day, with fresh towels.

The staff is overall friendly but sort of neutral, not very warm. Beds a little bit hard, but still okay. One very tiny rubbish-bin for three people makes it hard to keep the room fresh.

This family run hotel is a gem in Dalyan.

We had one of our most comfortable stays at Arp Dalyan. Every little detail was thought through in the room, and every where else. The towels were soft, the breakfast, homemade cake with the complementary afternoon tea were delicious, the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

great peaceful location yet only a 5-10 minute walk to downtown with its shops and restaurants

small beautiful hotel in peaceful setting looking across to the Lycian tombs which are flood lit at night. breakfast was wonderful and hotel served tea and pastries each afternoon. there is a beautiful pool and the veranda overlooking the river is wonderful for reading and enjoying a drink. the public boats will also pick you up at hotel’s dock if you are going to Iztuzu Beach. owner is attentive and helpful. I would stay here again!

Nice location of the hotel

The breakfast was really nice and the location of the hotel is unique. You are near the river and even the water taxi will stop to pick you up when you want to go to the beach. There is one guy working here which is very polite and helpful and told us a lot.

The rooms are very very small there was no space for even one suitcase in there. Besides the guy who was at the reception when we checked in the other hotel staff didn't speak English that well and something we felt like we couldn't ask for a coffee or so. When eating breakfast there was no one at the bar to help you with a coffee or anything so this could be better.

Great place kind and helpful staff

Breakfast by the river looking over at the extraordinary tombs. Nile turtles come right up as they like cheese. And we get a good close look at them. Actual breakfast very nice too.

Perfect for relaxing stay

This place was just magical! Very peaceful atmosphere, amazing rooms that are well equipped, AC was working perfectly and pillows were very soft. We really loved hotel space, pool and nearby trees. View from the hotel's cafe was amazing - you can see tombs right in front of you! I especially loved choice of music played around hotel - very relaxing and totally matches atmosphere. Breakfast was great too, jams were so delicious we finished them all! I would like to also thank staff of the hotel - we received many useful advises about our stay!

Very good

The staff were excellent, the location is perfect for just relaxing or very short walk into town. Breakfasts are lovely traditional Turkish.

Slightly noisy from time to time from the premises around and the cockerals and dogs make a noise early in the morning!, but not enough to change my view of my stay.

A hidden gem! Beautiful and peaceful setting.

We had only booked one night but wish we were staying for longer! The hotel staff were so nice and helpful, and the restaurant on the river was just incredible. Just the most beautiful and peaceful view, turtles swimming below your feet and a lovely breakfast. They also arranged a taxi boat for us to the beach and went out of their way to help us. We would definitely come back!

Beautufil boutique hotel by the river with amazing views

The hotel is really, which nice decor and good facilities. There is a beautiful pool and bar facing the river and Caunos tombs. Breakfast is served in the bar. The staff is friendly and the boat to the main beach (Izuzu) stops at the hotel.

Exceptional experience.

Exceptional location, just in front of the Tombs. Exceptional breakfast, better than any 5 star hotel one. All staff are very polite and aiming customer satisfaction. Good connection to the Iztuzu beach, taxi boat collecting you directly from the hotel balcony as it is near canal. You can also enjoy watching 2-3 caretta turtles during a breakfast.

Ideal location and atmosphere for a quiet morning time above the river and in front of the kings tombs that faced the centuries. Very warm welcome and adaptability of the staff. I really enjoyed my very short but very relaxing stay

Unexpected surprise

We had a very good Turkish breakfast on a terrace by the lake. Berg and his team were beyond helpful. Berg explained to us how best to get to the turtle beach and Konaus using buses and water taxi in the best possible way and drew us map explaining how to do it. We will be back as soon as we can, thank you!

pure relaxation

There is plenty of outside space with a beautiful courtyard area. One can enjoy the sunshine with a book or use the pool. It's great to be able to be picked up by the boat from the property's own port. Great view of the rock tombs

Very clean accommodation, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful veranda right next to the river, during our breakfast (which was delicious) we spotted turtles, such a great experience. Thank you for a wonderful time
