Rien ce fut un cauchemar
La réservation a été annulée 2 jours avant notre arrivée et nous avons été relogés au fin fond du quartier européen alors que nous devions être en plein centre de Bruxelles (aucun dédommagement proposé)
Saleté épouvantable (tâches d’excréments ?)
Système électrique hors norme, fils à nus, courts circuits dans les salles de bain nous obligeant à nous laver dans le noir…
Équipement honteux (3 petites cuillères pour 5, une seule casserole de 18 cm de diamètre donc impossible de cuisiner)
Appartement bruyant (réveils en pleine nuit itératifs à 3-4h du matin par les voisins…)
Aucune lapé de chevet en état de fonctionnement
De la télé il ne restait que l’emplacement (l’accroche murale)
Le service client de smartflats a été prévenu dès notre arrivée mais n’a jamais donné suite à aucune de nos demandes
Ce sont des arnaqueurs et vous verrez de nombreux avis comme le mien sur d’autres sites

no resposibility from staff , there were not sending interance code till 5 PM while check in was 3 PM and I was staying there with my family and child for 2-3 hours
then after entrance we were at 5th floor and lift was not working

La localisation en hyper centre très pratique, la baignoire d’une chambre (appart 502)
L’immeuble est accessible à tous car la fermeture est Hs. La saleté dans les parties communes de l’établissement, pas de lumière dans l’ascenseur et les boutons d’appel ne fonctionne pas donc on ne peut que monter . L’état général de l’appartement pas entretenu, le canapé cassé, pas de lumière dans les wc , ni dans une salle de bain. Un immense immeuble en construction en face a vu plongeant sur les fenêtres des chambres, l’appartement est très mal insonorisé et la nuit c’est difficile de dormir avec les cris dehors et les sirènes de police. Pas de décoration. Pas chaleureux. La terrasse est juste un fumoir à mon sens. C’est pas cher et on comprend pourquoi.

Location. We could store our luggage in the office before checkin so we could explore Brussels.
The light in the elevator did no work. The lights above both bathroom mirrors did not work, so it was very dark in both bathrooms. We informed them of the problems, and they responded that they would repair. Nobody came to fix the lights during the 3 days we were there. Nothing worse than promising something several times and not doing anything. It shows that they don’t care. We will not come back.

The beds, the location, the appartement was rather good.
The appartement was duscusting, espacially the floor, the bathroom, the kitchen. Dirty towels everywhere and not cleaned for us. Curbage full! No water, just a little of cold water to refresh but not for a shower or shampoing. No sound TV. This was an awfull expérience. As soon as we get in the appart I tried to reach you but no answer, per mail the same. I will see how to leave very bad avis…

The location was really good, central of Brussels
Me and my 3 friends stayed at this property on the 14th of April 2023-17th. When we arrived the sofa bed was broken, see photos below, which meant that 2 of our party had to sleep on the floor for 3 nights. We contacted the property the day we arrived asking for this to be resolved and they told us that the sofa bed would be fixed by that night, the 14th. We arrived back to the apartment around 10pm that night and nothing had been fixed, we had no choice but to sleep on the floor as there was only 1 double bed. I rang again on the 15th, they offered us a refund or a change of location but as we were only in Brussels for 3 nights we agreed to a refund as it would be a hassle to move our luggage to a different location. The property agreed to refund us 180€ which was not even half what we had paid for us to have to sleep on the floor. We expected at least half our deposit back.To this day, the 15th of May we have still not received a refund, I have sent multiple messages to Postiers Residence Brussels and they fail to give me a reply. The customer care has been awful, and I will be taking this matter further if not resolved. The only good thing about this place is the location but I would not recommend here to anyone thinking of going to Brussels, Awful.

smelled of smoke. patio was gross and furniture broken on patio. only one small pilllow per person. Front doors were never locked. also open. not making you feel safe.

the location is great, right in the commercial district and close to the main city hall square
The lift lights didn’t work on arrival, the TV didn’t work for our entire stay, there was one toilet in the flat with no lock on it. The holder for the shower head was broken and the water pressure was so poor that having a shower was not a pleasant experience. only one of the two bedrooms had a full shower. The building opposite is being renovated so lots of construction noise in the day and mornings. The flat was a large disappointment to us overall and really could be so much better given it’s size. both bedrooms should have a shower and are easily big enough to fit toilets in. I received an email on our second day asking if things were ok and I responded but never heard anything about our issues, the lift light was still not working on our 4th day of the stay and was pitch black inside (we didn’t use it much despite being on the 5th floor)

Very spacious and comfortable also very warm and super central! amazing location! also the night we arrived was super late at night and we had trouble with the timer and hot water, I have emailed at 3am to report the problem at 8:30am someone was already there to fix it and they fixed it in a blink! very efficient! super happy with that!
there was nothing to clean, like a mope or some cleaning products! all we had was the dish soap and dishwasher tablets.
there are two big bathrooms with shower and all facilities but only one small toilet!

The entire property was very spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen was really well equipped. Location is superb overlooking the Opera House and a minute’s walk to main shopping district. Highly recommend.

Nice location in the middle of the center. Big apartmant, but there is only 1 separated toilet , while 2 bathrooms one with shower, and one bathtube. We were in 5 persons. Appartment is quite clean, at 5. floor, só we had also a big terrace. In the kitchen there are some stuff to use but not enough for 5 persons. After all we were satisfied. Recommended.

Very spacious and clean and close to town centre
Cleaners- AWFUL !!! Started knocking on at 10am (a whole hour before check out time). Was very aggressive and was throwing all our belongings out of the door. Pushed one of us out the door. Owner had the audacity to call me and ask me to pay a late check out fee which I outright refused because of how we were treated by these cleaners and the fact we were only 20 mins late checking out.

This apartment was in a great location. Very easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions.
My only complaint was that although the add listed two bathrooms (which there are) there was only one toilet.

Good afternoon.
I am writing on behalf of the guests at Smartflats Postiers 402 from Friday 23rd to Monday 26th.
We are very unhappy about the treatment we have received these days. On Saturday, the elevator broke, and we contacted you as one of the guests was an 86-year-old woman. We called you on Saturday, 24th September at 18:54; and you told us you were either gonna fix it or change us to another apartment, and that you would call us back. We never got that call.
We then called you at 21:56 (no answer), 21:57 (no answer) and 21:59 (no answer). We sent you an email. No answer again.
On Sunday 25th we called you at 10:21, and you told us we would have our elevator fixed in an hour. This never happened.
We called you back at 13:30, you said again that you already contacted the elevator company and they were coming. This never happened.
We called you back again at 15:47, you said they were coming in 30 mins. Guess what? It never happened.
This problem of the elevator, given that we were on the 4th floor with an 86-year-old woman, made us stay at home the whole weekend. However, our disappointment is not only with the fact that you CONSTANTLY LIED TO US, but also the bad attitude the people in the calling centre had with us, being rude and disrespectful.
However, this is not all. Every time we were using the shower, the drain was clogged and the apartment ended full of water; and there was no mop!!
We ask for a refund, given that, because of your inactivity and constant lies to us, we had to stay in the apartment the whole weekend.

The apartment was very dirty and we couldn’t sleep these 2 nights. We contacted the customer service to clean the apartment and replaced the blanket many times and send them an email without any response and without any apologies. Also the sofa was very dirty.

outside coded door was broken…anyone can access the building, elevator, stairwell from the street….only one set of towels for two people.. toilet room overheard light flickered like a strobe light…back splashes behind bathroom sinks were dirty and soapy.. living room curtains were not attached properly and hanging off the hooks at places… floors were marked…..couch was old and dirty.. the whole place including the hallways could use some serious attention.

no email was sent to us for the key code to enter the building, when we reached the elevator was not working . when we called the person said according to them the elevator is functioning but the trust is we , another 2 families who checked in the same day had to carry all of our luggage to 4th and 5th floors respectively . when we entered the appartment none of the rooms, bathrooms were cleat. only after we checked in did the team of cleaners arrive .

Spacious and location. The fact that there is a commin smartflats reception nearby etere to leave baggage and ask for assistance.
Such an apartment should be equipped with a coffee macchine. The reception have me the capsule but no machine was there.

The beds are terrible. One bed has broken springs. It was hot and no fans. The place could use some talc. Needs the basics like salt, pepper, oil. Lights are terrible in the bathrooms

The location was amazing. It was walking distance from the train station and to all the tours we went on. The beds were comfortable and having our own shower was nice.
The light in the WC did not work so we had to leave the light in the hallway on to go to the bathroom. There was an elevator but it did not work and we were on the 5th floor so it meant a lot of walking and then we were not able to cool off because the place was so hot. The patio had a table and 3 chairs, one was broken.

The property was spacious certainly our flat. loads of room to chill out after a long day. basic supplies such as pots and plates etc. The flats are lovely and central to the centre of Brussels with everything walking distance. there’s a supermarket not far and a wee juice shop underneath the flats.
Not much really the sofa/bed couch was slightly in need of some tlc and a paint job to freshen up but nothing major that affected our stay.
