It was nice till it was absolutely horrible.

Breakfast and rooms

The woman that runs the property bad mother me to every guest that would listen. It’s fun to walk into room and greet everyone and they sit and stare. If you don’t speak Spanish they don’t want you. I know enough Spanish and can feel an uncomfortable situation. The woman yelled more than 3 hours about my lack of the language especially my failure at what I know. Check your bill closely. I needed my laundry done before everything went south. I didn’t realize she didn’t want to do it even though it is offered. Older son told $5 lb, steep but it’s a hotel. After agreed upon, he said that the price hadn’t been brought up and it was $1 item. Yes a dollar a sock. I contacted Booking.com and had it corrected. They tried to tell me on 3 separate occasions that Booking.com contacted them over a few different issues and Booking.com agreed to what they had said. That never happened.

Great stay! Would stay again!

The staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean and as described. Transportation was perfect we had someone waiting for us upon arrival with a sign with our name transportation was free to the hotel, we had an early morning flight the next day we had to pay for that taxi but the hotel had it all arranged for us right on time. The breakfast was excellent! For a short night near the airport it’s a great place for the price!

It was noisy, seemed to be a party across the street from the hotel - so definitely not the hotels fault!

great choice to overnight before or after a flight

we stayed here for a night on our way in sand out of Ecuador. wonderful staff, good, fairly priced dinner first night (i had the potato and cheese noodle-free lasagna and could only eat half!). our first night we were maybe upgraded because we had somewhat nicer rooms, one with a balcony. unfortunately they were right above the front door and the entrance bell kept ringing until quite late—maybe because it was Saturday? will certainly stay here again if needing to overnight near airport. also it is a quiet village with fields all around it. nice.

The host was super friendly and accommodating. She made us breakfast, lunch and dinner which were all tasty. The wifi reception was very strong. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be close to the airport.

For just a short break before flight is OK. Airport shuttle to the hotel free of charge .

The price is quite high, the room was very simple., just next to the reception. The receptionist was measured and did not speak English. The airport taxi quite expensive for about 5 min drive .

A very comfortable and civilized place for a few days, but not for long term use.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony and view very pleasant. In a quiet agricultural area with farmers tending their produce. A very clean hotel and their menu was extensive. The chef produced a large and succulent seak and chips with salad that wa svery welcome, as well as a large lagoon of fresh juice. Hot water in the bathroom.

The room was very clean, however a bit too small. The bed took up 50% of the floor space, so you had to manoeuvre around the bed to fetch items. There was a good wardrobe to stow clothes. Amazingly, the bathroom in contrast was overly large, still very clean but a bit gloomy inside. Hot water was ususually abundant , available and the hottest that I have had in Ecuador.

close to the airport. hotel room is nice

have to ring to enter complex every time. tv has no quality (Netflix after half an hour). owner doesn’t speak English. they ask twice the amount for the taxi. no garden. the town itself is not much

A pleasant place to stay

The hotel was clean and comfortable. it was close to the main plaza of Tababela. Our family room was very spacious for our family of 5 and my kids loved the bunk bed.

The staff was amazingly accommodating...on Christmas eve! They even made a delicious Christmas Eve dinner for us. Close to the airport, clean, and a surprisingly good breakfast.
