Very nice rustical-style room and the entire building. Nice breakfast and net personal
Maybe nets in the windows would not be bad as there were flies paying us a visit

The room was very small and sticky air - not well ventilated

A beautiful old building, though modernisation has taken over around it.
Food was delicious and bed very comfy. A number of different places to eat!
Can’t say I liked the traffic in front of the building

This hotel is advertised as 4 star absolutely no way. The bed was very small. No lift. No air conditioning.
No customer service skills at all. Our room was not cleaned when we arrived back at 4.00pm. We told the receptionist who told us it would be fixed and for us to wait in the outdoor restaurant area. She then came out and asked us if we wanted a drink, we ordered one iced tea. Obviously we assumed this would be free given their mistake on not cleaning our room. Upon check out we were charged for the iced tea. Obviously not about the money ...CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

The room, great, clean. The parking big no problem. The location is not bad.
Choice of breakfast. Menu of the evening dinner.

We had 2 excellent dinners in the hotel's gourmet restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the game in season and my venison pasta was delicious. Very welcoming staff.

The breakfast crew was very friendly.
We asked for a quiet room, unfortunately we got room #108. The (noisy) kitchen is situated below this room and the room looks out on the terrace where guests can have breakfast and dinner. Our request for a quieter room was denied: we got offered a room on the street side of the hotel .....

The room was comfortable with a large bathroom. They provide a small fridge for your things and free parking. There are garden terraces, but nothing covered so we could not enjoy any of it since it was raining while we were there.
I have difficulty saying it has a good price/quality ratio. They do not have a 24-hour reception and when we returned from visiting friends we were locked out of the building. Apparently, there is a key system inside where you exchange your room key for an external key but the person who checked us in (who was the owner) failed to tell us about it. Luckily, there was a cook staying there who heard me yelling in the parking lot and who came down to let us in. They gave us cookies as we left as a way of apologizing, but for the price they charge a discount would have been a lot more suitable.
There are not enough electrical outlets in the room and they are weird and feel unsafe. Dinner was good, but way overpriced.

The woodwork and stone made it feel old world and charming. Staff was friendly.
Not enough available electric outlets in the room.
